Reflex Nutrition 5.4kg Vanilla Ice Cream Instant Mass Heavyweight

Great protein shake that helps top up your calories if you’re someone that struggles to keep your calories full, people keep buying chocolate and complaining about the taste however the vanilla is great! No powdery taste at all and i have it with milk, i recommend having half the shake (150g of powder with 300ml of liquid) and the other half if needed as 300g with 700ml can be quite hefty.

Tastes awful, makes you very bloated, however should be good in the long run with 1000 calories and 60g of protein, just do not drink before a run

Bought vanilla and strawberry flavours ..the vanilla smells like chocolate and tastes vile (actually had to check sell by date). maybe someone put the wrong flavourring in tried to cover it up...it tastes nothing like vanilla ..the worst tasting vanilla shake I have ever had in my life. If I could send it back I would. The worst part is I've got 5.4kg of it plus 5.4kg of strawberry flavour which I'm scared will be just as vile....unless I have got a bad batch I would suggest spending the extra pounds and buying a bigger brand name. *****update**** The strawberry flavour was/is great, I have bought a few packs since my original review because it tastes good and it actually works...put on about 13kg over 6 months (coupled with a balanced diet and weight training) and was at by heaviest weight ever at 93kg but lost a few kg after catching a bit of covid an not being able to train for a couple of months.

Been taking this protein powder for a while now and it has helped me gain mass and muscle, the added vitamins are also a good way to start the day. However, after the 2nd or 3rd bag, I started feeling really faint and dizzy and found out it’s caused me heart palpitations, so just be wary if you are thinking of taking supplements like this one.

Value for money is bang on lots of gear for your money it came on time well packaged etc it mixes as good as another mass gainer can't argue with that at all. Taste is not for me at all there are better tasting products on the market but along as it does a job I will finish this package but unfortunately I prob won't buy again as for a little more money you can get a better tasting product I hope someone from the company reads this and takes on board that only the taste let's this product down. Hate leaving negatives in fact this is my 1st ever negative comment 😒 wounded
