does it use cherry mx keys witches ?

No, the Freestyle2 Blue (and USB Freestyle2 model keyboards) are a rubber dome membrane keyboard. Only the Kinesis Advantage keyboards use Mechanical Cherry key switches. -ErgoWarehouse-We are however developing a mechanical, fully programmable version of the Freestyle keyboard called the âFreestyle Edgeâ. Can either version (Mac and PC) or both connect to an android phone?

Can keys be remapped on this keyboard?

Remapping depends on your operating system.

I see a lot of comments about typing delay with the Bluetooth. As a fast touch typist is this really an issue? And what is the preferred BT dongle?

I'm not a fast typist (maybe 30 - 40 wpm), but I've never had any issues with key strokes being delayed in any measurable way. The BT dongle is probably a more important decision (if your PC does not have BT). I use Windows 10, and every so often (every few months) the BT loses the keyboard. I go into settings, turn BT off, on. Rediscovers keyboard, and continue on. Takes maybe all of 30 seconds to resolve.
