Solid plastic construction, feels very robust and is nice and thick. Handle feels strong and is easy to carry. Nice open mouth for easy water dispensing. Using it to store some RO water for fish tanks. Keeps it stored chemical free. Cap goes on smoothly and doesn’t leak.

It is sturdy and can hold used oil. I don't store flammables in it so I drilled a tiny air hole in the small cap.

Been great so far with no issues, got a few of these for RO water for the aquarium as the LFS were out of seachem totes. Actually feels a little thicker material than the seachem, and may surpass them in longevity time will tell. Really sturdy, good gasket on the cap haven't had a leak yet during transport even when one tipped over during transport home.

This is very sturdy, full 5 gallons though is really heavy, I should have gotten two 3 gallon jugs instead. It's easy to fill, but do pierce the back air vent as it will pour much easier. I do find that the top is both hard to screw on and leaks a little, but despite that I can safely drive around in my car with a full jug and it has yet to tip or fall over despite braking and steep hills. Check the inside of the handle though. First time I filled it it scratched my knuckles picking it as the plastic was rough on the seams. A gentle filing with a nail file solved the problem. I will say the handle itself wasn't huge. It perfectly fits my hand, and I'm a woman with average sized hands, so it may be a little tight on man hands or larger women's hands. The handle is super solid though, it doesn't feel like it might bend or break when I pick up a full jug. It's on the wider side too which is nice as with anything heavy more evenly distributing the weight is helpful. It doesn't cut into my hand despite being 45-ish pounds when full. Overall, glad I bought it, it works much better than my old one. It's not perfect, but for the price it's a really substantial jug, and light enough to not add any significant amount of weight when trying to haul 5 gallons of fluid around. No issues with the seller or delivery, it might have been a bit over packed given its bendable plastic (unlike the more brittle plastic bottles floating around out there). But I'd rather it be over packed than damaged.

I'm using to hold used engine oil. No complaints. Works great.

Ordered these 5 gallon jugs to store used engine oil . Very sturdy with 4 mil construction and wide enough base that they do not tip over, and no problems with threading cap on jug, just make sure you place cap on jug and back thread to align cap on threaded portion of jug opening, before turning it to tighten, then it will not cross thread to prevent bad alignment with threads on jug opening so you can completely tighten cap,on jug. Seller was great in shipping it speedily and on time in secured packaging. No problems with jugs what so ever. No worries for anyone who would want to order them from this seller.

I bought this for a reservoir on my aquarium and its exactly what I needed. The dimensions were spot on and its super durable.

I took a chance that this container would work as a gasoline container. Upon receipt it is indeed! I use it a an ethanol removal still. Add three litres of water top up with premium gas. Close container shake well let settle for an hour then siphon off the ethanol and water mix from the bottom. Voila you now have ethanol free regular gas.
