Good to the last lemon drop
I said it before in other reviews about Mccormick extracts and seasonings. I like their brand of products. This lemon extract smells good and flavorize your cakes,cookies,pies or lemon chicken with a burst of lemon flavor.I like a strong Lemon extract and this is it!

I don't know what my expectations were but this product is not as lemony as I thought it would be. I'm using it to flavor water kefir and have to use at least a teaspoon per 16 oz bottle. However, the price is great for 8 oz so having to use more than I thought I should still works out as cost effective. I'd definitely buy again.
