This is my first time leaving a review ever for an Amazon product. I bought this in hopes that it will help me become more by regular, prior to buying this, I have tried dozens of products and found that smooth move. Tea was the only thing that helped, but it was always a process and it wasn’t the easiest process and it got so bad to wear I wouldn’t go to the bathroom unless I drink a cup of tea the night before. I decided to give this a try based on the reviews and I have to tell you this is the best ever 1000% works and I finally feel like I have a regular digestive system again. I don’t have to plan my day around this event or dread this event because at times it could be pretty painful for me. I was literally detoxing my body twice a week with drinking the tea. Wish I would’ve found it sooner. I’m so happy. I finally found something. It’s been a major relief mentally and physically lol

A friend of mine recommended this product to me and im so glad she did. I have to say this is the best ever & it truly works! I take 2 at night before bed and by morning i am able to go with easy. I literally cannot live with out taking these. THIS IS A GAME CHANGE BY FAR! before purchasing this product, I have tried multiple natural products. They worked but after a while i just got immune to them. I cant honestly say that i have been taking these for the past few months and i do not skip a DAY. It does have a strong peppery taste to it, if you leave it in your mouth too long but its certainly manageable. I hope this help someone else as much as it has helped me!

THE BEST natural supplement. GLP1 users - this is a must have! I take one pill with dinner and am good to go in the AM. Takes about two days to kick in. Definitely cleans you out and makes to feel less bloated and much lighter. Highly recommend 💯

Love this product when needed it works like a charm. Does cause a bit of discomfort but it works fairly fast.

If you’re here because you have tried all the other well rated things for constipation and are starting to freak out because nothing works or doesn’t work for long- especially if the dang menopause has anything to do with your trouble- try these. I have been crying over poop for a long time. Yes I said that. I don’t know how I missed these but I got them as a last attempt and they changed everything. I took one with dinner first day- noticed some tummy movements but not gas or pain. Day 2 I took one more with dinner and the next morning I went to the bathroom like a normal person. No running, no sweating, no awful gas or difficulty at all. From that day for about a week I took one daily and then backed off to every other day. I was expecting (and prepared to deal with) heartburn due to the ingredients but none of that either. I’m completely serious they changed everything after over a year of living with terrible painful bloating and using strong laxatives for days before any results. No more crying about poop!
