Creekside Naturals Sniffle Sticks, On-The-Go Portable Nasal Inhalers, Pocket-Sized, Aromatherapy with Natural Essential Oils

I use these, myself, when seasonal allergies or dust trigger my sinuses. When I went through a period when I couldn't take antihistamines for medical reasons, these inhalers were SUCH a relief, and now I prefer to use them rather than medicate myself. Their noticeable effect begins immediately, and at most it's only ever taken 2-3 deep sniffs per nostril (I hold my breath for a long moment to get the max effect from each sniff) to get the fullest benefit, for me. Sometimes just one does it. Be aware, though, of contraindications for eucalyptus. It's safest not to use it on young children, and be aware of medications that can interact with it. Also know that these sticks aren't completely airtight. You can smell them a little when they're closed (they will scent the interior of your purse, lol), and they do eventually lose a lot of their scent and efficacy if kept closed and unused for months.

We really love it, it has helped my son so much with his breathing. It is safe and reliable which gives you a great result.

This was a great buy and perfect for my 4 year old who is currently congested and also miss independent (she can use it on her own) BUT we were a little bummed because the picture shows 4 different colors and we received only 2 pinks and 2 yellows, and when your 4 year old toddler is obsessed with blue and you told her she could have a blue one and then there is no blue one in the box even though there was a blue one advertised in the picture - it means everything to a 4 year old.

Just got mine and they work great for my year round allergies. They are easy to carry and offer instant relief from drippy nose and congestion. I am a nurse and have used specific essential oils over the years for focus, relaxation, sleep and nasal congestion. I absolutely like this inhaler. I sleep better since my breathing is better. Is natural and I love the essence. Recommend 100%

They are a very strong smell which as an adult I’m fine as it works for me but my 3 year old will plug his nose and say it’s stinky and won’t try it to open his airways…. I like them and the concept but my child is sensitive to them
