I now have 3 of these
I've had all sorts of 3T and such jacks from Craftsman and others. Nothing compares to these AFF 4T Jacks. I've had a 4T craftsman fold over, truck slipped, jack popped back up and wen thru my truck's oil pan. Right before a road trip. I went looking, and found these locally, bought my first AFF 4T. HUGE difference in build quality and size, and thickness. Jack's up quicker under load than all others I've had. I finally threw out the craftsman junk I've had for 39 years, and bought two more of these just recently , via Amazon. Slight Con's.. Box was worse for wear, but the Jack and contents were fine. It's very heavy. These new 4T's come with a two piece jack handle. The new 3T and my old 4T have a 1peice jack handle, go figure. But you can order the one piece handle. IT feels sturdier. The new 4Ts are slightly different in how they are made, just minor differences. I think the older ones were ever so slightly heavier made in a few spots. The new 4Ts jack up even quicker under load than my old 4T. My older 4T is about 15years old and lifts the front of my 1T Dodge 4x4 with a Cummins in it , easily all by itself. As do the new 4T'ers. Great Jack, well worth the money and Safety factor. There is a reason it's twice the price of other smaller/lighter 4T and 3T jacks out there.

Does the job well
It doesn’t work as nice as the 2 ton Jack that I got from them in terms of raising the car fast however it does pack two times of strength which means a couple of extra pumps is needed when raising your vehicle. Overall, it is nice to have this thing around to raise my RV wheels and leave it on Jack stand while not in use.

Beast of a Jack
This jack is a beast. I didn't want to go to the local HB store to buy a floor jack even though they have an attractive price, I wanted a good one, one that would last a lifetime, and the AFF Floor Jack did not disappoint, it exceeded my expectations, yes, it cost a little more than the box store jacks, but it is worth it. This is the best jack I have ever owned, if I decide to buy another smaller one, from now on any jack I buy will be an AFF jack.

Well built
This might not seem like a big deal, but the jack arm drags the concrete when you release the pressure on the ram. I would think that for $400, this thing would be near perfect. Who needs an expensive jack that leaves a mark on the concrete as well as the jack itself? The jack instructions say relieve the pressure on the ram when you are finished with it. My normal procedure for floor jacks. My guess is that someone designed it, built a prototype and when this was discovered, ignored it and went to production. Now I get to work on a brand new tool and weld a cross piece to prevent this issue. Update: I was mistaken about the lift arm hitting the floor. It works fine.

Works great
This jack easily raised a car hauler with a car inside the trailer. Saved so much time over stock jack. This jack is heavy but stable.

incorrect specs
You would think with a name like American Forge & Foundry their jacks would be made in America nope China. Furthermore, their specs are lies lifting Hight is 20.2 not 20.9 as listed also lifting platform is 4.25 not 5.7 as listed. But other than that, seem OK haven't really used it yet so I can't really comment on that seem to be easy to maneuver and the quick lift is nice but will it last will have to see.

Inaccurate saddle size, says 5.7 inch’s, isn’t.
I got this jack (heavy duty 400SS) out of all the other 4 ton jacks for one reason only, I wanted a jack with a big saddle. According to the dimensions picture that shows the dimensions of the jack, it says the saddle is 5.7 inches, well guess what it isn’t, it’s the same stock size saddle as every other 4 ton jack. I was completely let down when I saw that. I spend this much money on a product and these dummy’s can’t even get the dimensions right.

AFF is rock solid
I've owned the three and a half ton AFF for about 7 years and it's rock solid. I'm looking forward to using this 4 ton with my vehicles.
