Didn't work for the metal roof on my home
Packaging, design and quality all see high. The roof clamp seems better suited for a standing seam roof that has nearly vertical seam joints. My roofs joints look like an upside down letter V. Because of the V shape, the clamp would not bite or clamp the metal seam, just squeeze off.

Doesn't work with 26 gauge metal roof
Turns out it doesn't work with 26 gauge metal roofing. Dents it and mars the paint on the standing seam. Couldn't get ahold of customer service at the company and they didn't return phone calls or emails. Instructions do state that it should be used with 24 gauge or thicker, but instructions are included with the product, so I didn't get them until after ordered. I returned the product.

Works well for metal roof But manual needs improvement
Perfect for my metal roof. You have to check that this will work for your roof. My only negative feed back is they need to improve their manual on how to use it
