VIAIR (10000) Ultra Light Air System

Purchased this system to provide air to my acquired antique Cunningham Air Whistle (patent date of July 21, 1926. Serial number indicates casting was made before 1940.) Mounted system components in the bow of my Northwest Jet boat and still have room for anchor, etc,. The horn sound is unbelievable. Everything works perfectly. I could not be happier with the results. Everything is supplied in this Viair 10000 Air System except the pressure regulator. I ordered an inexpensive one and it leaked air. Reordered a better regulator. No leaks. I whole heartedly recommend the Viair 10000 system. It is the best.

This is a great kit which comes with everything you need. I’m using it for onboard air for boost control on my street / drag car. I mounted it all to an aluminum sheet and used rubber isolator feet to mount it to the vehicle. I did have to add fitting for my application but they are not needed. I just wanted a sleek compact setup with regulator and ability to had an air hose to add air to my tires if needed. Also added a mechanical gauge to be able to see the tank pressure.

So far it works great. About a 6 months since the installed. As for installation, It arrived just before a 1000mile camping trip to Florida so of course I had to bring it along. I installed it alone at 2AM in the middle of nowhere in about an hour. I put the compressor and tank in the spare battery holder of my Silverado and put the horn under the frame beneath the cab. Installation took about an hour, so it was very easy to put in. Next morning it saw plenty of use with horrible Florida traffic and terrible merging. Only mod I did was change the pressure switch to a 110-140PSI and put an overall Killswitch on it. Would definitely buy again.

a very well constructed OBA for running air horn/train horns and lockers so far running my horns of them and they are working great with no issues only downside is the compressor is way yo noisy so may need to pack more rubber isolation to reduce the vibration

This is a great little compressor and tank setup. I bought is to install on my Kawasaki Mule to have an onboard air compressor to use around the ranch. I always need to pump up trailer tires or tractor tires and this is just perfect for doing that. I was able to install it all under the seat of the Mule and I got a small hose reel that fit perfectly under the Mule. I drilled a small hole in the plastic side cover of the Mule and ran the hose out the side. Now I can just drive up to whatever has a flat or slack tire and pull my hose and pump it up. It is a great system for small tires or even larger tires but it does take a couple times of letting the tank fill for a completely flat tire. It beats having to take the tire off to go to the air compressor in the barn or having to carry an air tank around that is never full. Great little system.

Pump is louder than I expected for such a tiny pump but the system works to power my air locker. Everything you need except maybe a fitting here or there for your application and its cheap. Good deal.

I had this put on my Twin Turbo SSP Mustang. It worked great to pressurize the system and to keep it air tight. I didn’t think it was loud at all since it was mounted in the car. This is truly a must have if you’re running a turbo setup.

Wow is the best way to describe this system! Only took me about 45 mins to install and test. Easy installation, quality equipment, very compact and very powerful! I couldn’t have designed a better system if I tried. Thank you

Good product and does as advertised. I'm using it in my car, for the air shifter, and air launcher chute and it works amazingly so far!

Does exactly what it says on the box. I'm using it purely and air horn. It's fantastic, super easy to install and easy to read and follow instructions.

se ve muy bien el equipo el tanque es fuerte y su pared gruesa, el compresor es muy chico y facil de esconder y sus accesorios estan muy completos para su instalacion, tenga en cuenta que este kit es para manejar solamente lockers para diferencial o cornetas donde se pide presion de 120 ps1 max y donde el motor no trabaja por mucho tiempo, si buscas equipo para inflar llantas o otra cosa este kit no servira. yo lo quise utilizar para locker de diferencial me gusto mucho pero no lo usare por que lo instale en un jeep dentro la cabina y el compresor es muy ruidoso y vibra fue error mio pensar que me serviria mejor buscare otra opcion donde sea solo compresor para instalar fuera de la cabina y no use tanque pero costara mas caro
