Broke a week after I got it!
I used it on the first day it arrive then when I tried to use it 6 days later, it flashed like it was going to come on then the screen went out. I thought it was a malfunction in the cord but then I used other cord compatible and it still didn’t work! It sat for 2 more weeks, then I decided to use batteries, it still did not work. I would not waist money on this again. I will buy a cheaper one.At least if that breaks I won’t feel so bad.

I had a little problem with the scale and I sent the email about service. After then technician called me and listen tome about scale status and instruct me one by one.Finally all set.I am very surprised that they are very nice and trustful.

5 gram increments!
if you want to weigh to the gram keep looking, this scale rounds to the nearest 5 (gram). otherwise its just fine for the price. my local weights and measures office had no issues putting their stupid seal on it.(this cost as much as the scale!)

Nice scale works great in our restaurant
I don’t like having to change the mode to pounds when weighing. If you are weighing pounds, you have to put it on pound mode, if weighing ounces you have to change to ounces. For us it’s a waste of time being that our bbq business is fast paced and every second counts.

Not accurate measurements
Bought this scale for food service measurement of product. It measures ounces in .5 ounce increments which is not accurate for light items. Also in ounces it does not go to pounds/ounces if you go over 16 ounce as most scales do ...just keeps on adding on ounces.
