Limited double 180gm blue colored vinyl LP pressing in gatefold jacket. The soundtrack was composed by the German Ramin Djawadi, best known for his Grammy-nominated score for Iron Man, Pacific Rim, Clash Of The Titans and for the TV series Prison Break. Djawadi's heavy, atmospheric tunes have always helped set the mood, no matter what tone the show is going for at any given time. Game of Thrones is the wildly successful fantasy drama television series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. It is an adaptation of A Song Of Ice And Fire, George R. R. Martin's series of fantasy novels. It's fourth season premiered on HBO in April 2014, with already two more seasons in preparation. The series, set on the fictional continents of Westeros and Essos at the end of a decade-long summer, interweaves several plot lines. The first follows the members of several noble houses in a civil war for the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms; the second covers the rising threat of the impending winter and the mythical creatures of the North; the third chronicles the attempts of the exiled last scion of the realm's deposed dynasty to reclaim the throne. The series explores issues of social hierarchy, religion, loyalty, corruption, civil war, crime, and punishment. Game of Thrones has attracted record numbers of viewers on HBO and obtained an exceptionally broad and active international fan base. It also received widespread acclaim by critics. The series has won numerous awards and nominations, including nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and the Golden Globes. Review: Very moving. Dancing with the Dragons
Ramin's musical score continues to fit the Game of Thrones like a glove. Season V was exciting as expected and the music captures the emotions perfectly of Drogon's dramatic rescue of Dany, Cersi's walk of shame, and the shocking battle with the Night King. I recommend this CD highly if you love the TV series.

Great set besides not so great packaging.
The set looks great. The inserts are cool, they're high gloss screenshots or stills from the production. The disks themselves are clear gloss like season 3 but no blood. They have the Bolton sigil on both disks. One problem, the inside spine is too thick and as result they will not close all the way. This is my only gripe. Other than that this set is beautiful.

Una gioia ogni tanto. Lo avevo trovato in un negozio di vinili, sorpreso sia per il fatto che esistesse l'ost di Game of Thrones in vinile, che di trovarlo nel negozio vicino a casa. Comprato su Amazon a un prezzo piú abbordabile (ben 12€ in meno), dopo qualche ritardo di spedizione il corriere finalmente arriva. Lascio immaginare la sorpresa. Doppio vinile 180g grigio perlaceo con lo stemma della casa Bolton al centro, in edizione limitata e numerata di 2500 copie. Per la musica non c'è bisogno di esprimersi, il compositore ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. Unico neo, di poca importanza, non contiene il codice per il download. Un grazie ad Amazon per questa chicca

Tengo las BSO de las anteriores temporadas y esta quinta es una continuación de las anteriores en cuanto a ritmo, pero es más oscura. Me parece magnífica. Calidad altísima. Recomendable para los amantes de la serie, para hacer más soportable la espera de que salga a la venta la serie en BD.
