Really helps to prevent sinus infections.
I love this product. I'm not sure how it does it but it definitely helps to prevent sinus infections for me. Before using this I use to get at least one sinus infection every year. Now I rarely ever get them. Thanks Natures Plus for an effective mineral product.

The suggest dose is 10 mg but I had a rib out and my chiropractor told me to take 50 mg to help my tendons tighten. It worked. There was no taste and no aftertaste. There was a bit of a coating so it went down easy. I did take in the evening because it was suggested it can make you relax.

I dosage manganese product. Tablets. They work pretty well if you're needing manganese.

Try half a tablet at first and not every day so your not getting more then the daily allowance.
I take it at night because I noticed it makes me tired and relaxes my muscles.
