These patches really are extra strength. You may feel it immediately or after having it on a few minutes. Either way, the penetrating sensation of these patches is wonderful. I have used these patches for years and they really do provide relief. The xtra large size has been a lifesaver for me. I absolutely recommend these patches. I hope this helps!

Is this lidocaine? If so what strength?

lidocaine is not listed in the ingredients, but I have found these very helpful for my back pain when my back acts up.
