These vitamins are easy to chew and these are and taste good. Go down well with no problem my hair has grown. My energy level has picked up and my stomach has not become upset since taking these vitamins so yes, I do recommend them and I would buy them again..

These have a great true to the fruit taste and chewy’s, and I don’t like chewy’s but I love these. Definitely will be buying these over and over again they leave no aftertaste they were delivered quickly and have an amazing taste.
