Good beans, sprouting is 50/50
These are nice beans, but they aren't sprouting quite as readily as I was hoping. There are a lot of broken/split beans in the can and they seemed to develop a slimy coating during the sprouting process, even though I presoaked and rinsed them. They taste like pretty good black beans, but the sprouting aspect didn't really live up to my expectations.
