How does osthole differ from icariin? Is it just as effective?.. What is the half life of cnidium?

I personally find osthole to be superior to icariin. The only problem is if you take too much osthole it causes nausea. The half life of cnidium is between 3 and 4 hours.

how fast does this work? I have taken 4 a day for 3 days and nothing.
