What tempersture these good for?

From minus 40°F (freezing) up to 400°F (-40 to +250 degrees Celsius).

First time testing it out today and my over got super Smokey ? Any reason why?

My oven gets smoky, too. I have washed them several times, even in the dishwasher. They still get smokey after 10 minutes of only 350° F. I am too concerned to use these. How do I get a refund?
