Excellent, being used since 20+ years by my mom !!
It is extremely helpful in making milkshakes, dal, ghee, oats childa batter etc. It is also very easy to clean. They have also given a loop which helps hanging it on any hook thereby clearing floor space. My mom has been using this brand blender since 20+ years. It is unbelievably durable.

Worst product parts are missing
I get this product without the outer cover and parts of the product are missing blades are missing and get old package very dissatisfied with the product

Return not allowed
The item sent is defective e. The blade can not be fitted to the shaft of the blender. I want to return the item but Amazon is not allowing me to return it although a return is allowed till the end of the month.
