This monitor just arrived (I am looking at it now writing this review) so I can't speak to its long-term quality/durability. That being said, I am very impressed right off the bat. I wasn't really sure what to expect with it being curved, but frankly the curve is not extreme. In a good way. I would say it adds a small amount to the viewing angle and overall aesthetic of the monitor, which is perfect. Too much curve makes it annoying and less usable, this one has just enough to actually offer something of value and not just a gimmick. Picture quality is quite good. This is replacing a 10ish year old Samsung 24" monitor that was insanely good quality back in its time, and I was surprised how much better the quality actually is. I don't use it for anything too intense, just work stuff and watching some videos and movies, but it performs very well for that. The aesthetics and build quality are great for a monitor at this price point. I was surprised to find the neck of the monitor's mount is actual metal rather than silver-painted plastic. It includes some cable-grabber things (designed to, I imagine, lead cables from the back of the monitor down to where they plug in) that don't seem to really be useful at all, and the instructions barely mention them. For me, that's not really a huge deal. If you're concerned about tidying cables, some 5 cent zip ties will work much better anyway. I was also pleasantly surprised by the "edgeless" design. It definitely has edges, the screen does not go all the way to the end, however the edges are small and nicely beveled, which gives it a very modern and high-tech look. Though, the screen is flush with the edges, so if that's what they mean.... then, well, it is. At any rate, it seems to be a very nice design that looks great. It also includes a little screwdriver to install the massive number of screws it comes with.... 3. I'm sure the little screwdriver cost very little to manufacture, but it seems wasteful to me. Who doesn't have a standard phillips head screwdriver? And what are you going to do with this little cheapy screwdriver after you've used it for all of 3 screws (if even that, I'm sure most people will use their own anyway)? Throw it away. Seems wasteful to include it. Not really a knock on the monitor I guess, just a comment to the manufacturer. Overall, if you want a monitor that looks sleek and modern, has solid picture quality, and you're willing to spend a bit extra but don't want to go crazy, this is a great choice.

I ordered this monitor because of a great sale price at the time and to have as an extra spare monitor. It was well packaged and very easy to set up, with an overall good picture quality. However, there was a gray vertical shadow on the right side of the screen, which could not be corrected. It was evident more when the background is white/light. There was a visible light from the lower edge of the frame and seemed to be a defect where there was a small gap, allowing the light to reflect and cause that shadow. The number listed for Sceptre was of no use. I returned it and the new replacement I received did not have that issue. This is the reason for removing one star. This was my first curved monitor and first experience with Sceptre. I suspect the first monitor had a defect in the manufacture causing that gap in the frame, which leads me to believe Quality control is suboptimal. The monitor itself is fairly light and does not seem very sturdy, but as long as it is on an even desk it should not be a major issue. Having 2 HDMI inputs and an included HDMI cable is a plus. There is a VGA, but no DVI input. I personally cannot tell a difference in the picture quality between this curved and a conventional flat monitor. I am not particularly fond of the control buttons being on the back and would have preferred a more standard bottom, top, or side position. The built-in speakers/sound quality is not great ('Meh!' to OK at best), but I was not expecting it to be good, like most monitors with built in speakers. If sound is very important in your daily computer use, you would likely have free standing speakers anyway. Considering it is a 27" curved (whatever curved means to you) monitor with good picture clarity, for just under $100, I have no complaint. If the price was significantly higher, I would have passed on it. Time will tell as to durability. Thank you.

I absolutely love this monitor. The sound is a little weak but at the time I purchased it wasn’t for the sound. I work from home and I have to have several windows open at a time. And I really hate toggling back and forth. So the ability to have several windows open on larger screens really helps with my ocd. As far as gaming I only play sims and it works perfect for that. I love the curve. For the price point I would definitely buy again. I did get this while it was on sale for under $100.

Easy to connect to the desktop computer via HDMI. Crystal clear HD picture at 1080p. Very thin and light weight. Standard but good refresh rate for a smooth picture.

Amazom. It is tge Firt Time in many years that your delivery was super slow. I ask you all if the product was to a local warehouse items, they said yes. I took several days to finalize this shipment. Tge Item was very good and Quality is super.

La qualité de l'écran est plutôt bonne. Je ne m'attendais pas à mieux niveau qualité/prix, j'en suis très satisfait pour mon utilisation bureautique. Pour une activité graphique ou jeux vidéos, je partirai probablement sur un autre écran plus cher pour une meilleure résolution, mais celui-ci est déjà très bien! Manque peut-être l'option pour régler la luminosité de l'écran en mode écran partagé avec mon laptop.

Los monitores son excelentes, llegaron en perfectas condiciones, faciles de armar, en mi caso los monte en un brazo para 3 monitores y en peso quedaron perfectos con el brazo, la imagen es poco mejor que la de los que yo tenia, me gusta que la deteccion de los mismo es rapida y al apagar el equipo los monitores se duermen rapidamiente, no tuve problemas en configurarlos para 75 hz, vienen con cables HDMI

This monitor is exactly as advertised. I am very please with the image quality, refresh rate, sharpness and colour. The product seems pretty solid and the price was excellent for the product delivered. I have not used this monitor for gaming as of yet, but at first impression, it is a great bargain.
