Don't bother.
It's just 'ok'. The hook is very narrow and the thing preventing the hook from coming off further restricts the mouth of the hook. It is difficult to disengage to cord to adjust it. So, it does not work for my intended purpose which was to secure items being carried on a hand truck. I don't like it and don't recommend it.

Great adjustable bungee for the price!
Great adjustable bungee for the price. We use this for our tent trailer and it works well. Not sure how long the plastic hooks will last but for the price its worth it.
