Didn't work for me unfortunately because I left my infection too long, so I had to get antibiotics. It would have worked in and early stage, it didn't irritate my skin and it did help with me with my pain and ich.

Good stuff, I've used it before, and it works.

Having read all the reviews, I was a bit sceptical as to whether the SBL Mullein Ear drops would relieve the severe earache that I’d been experiencing for three days, but the drops worked brilliantly, clearing the problem more or less straight away. Yes, the drops do sting a bit when first dropped into the ear canal, but that passes quickly. Some people have mentioned the smell, but I didn’t find that unpleasant at all.

Bought due to inner and outer ear infection on both ears so these didn’t help and need anti biotics x 3 times! So likely that these drops are fine but not what I needed them for.

Easy to use and most importantly quickly fixed an outbreak of Swimmers Ear irritation and infection for myself. Gentle and soothing.

I bought this product after suspecting my little girl had a minor ear infection. She has grommets, so I searched for OTC drops that were safe and fuss‑free. This brand came up, the description read well, and it seemed like a sensible choice.Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.I used the drops on my daughter tonight and we ended up at UTC. She does have a minor infection — her ear is red and sore — but these drops caused an extreme reaction. They burned her skin inside the ear, and she screamed in pain for almost an hour. It was like watching someone react to a severe burn. Her ear had to be flushed out, and she’s now on additional medication.Yes, the bottle does say to seek medical advice before use. But for context, every ear‑drop brand says this, and I’ve been told repeatedly by healthcare professionals that OTC drops are fine to use with grommets. I didn’t check specifically for this brand, and I regret that now.I’m sharing this to warn other parents: these drops are extremely strong, and in our case, they caused significant pain and distress. Please be cautious and speak to a professional before using them.

This is really good. It claims to rid the user of Tinnitus, so I am hoping that after a period of time I may notice it fading away.

Been having earache for a few years. This product has helped relieve some of the pain. Will buy again.
