This is truly the best most awesome poster because not only does it provide great information but it also is the only workout poster that I didn’t have to re-laminate for durability. It is truly laminated we’re the clear laminate is able to be seen coming out from the sides. The “New Me” posters aren’t really laminated they are just printed on photo paper. Thank you so much!

Good poster and inspiration for bodyweight exercises.

I have never though about purchasing a exercise chart in over 30 years of working out. But with new exercises coming up every day and remembering old ones, it makes it so much easier to just look at the chart and add them to what you already do. If you are serious about learning different exercise and are tired of spending a lot of time on line trying to find a lot of the basic exercises, I highly recommend getting these charts.

An excellent chart but my eyesight is poor and the print was just too small for me. Though hopping up to read another line and resuming the exercise definitely seemed to increase the aerobic benefits.

This is an easy way to see all the different workouts you can do. I like that it has the same workouts on both sides, one side so that you can post it horizontally, the other side so you can post it vertically. It is laminated very well, so it should hold up no matter where you use it.

No Stretching exercises and requires pull up bar. wished it was strictly body weight for home work out. Good diagrams.
