Good, but don't expect high quality construction
The item works for what I need it for and the price is unbeatable at +/- $7.00. I'm using it to mount a small digital microscope on a tripod, so the weight it's carrying is very light. The product is on the flimsy side with an all plastic construction and the joints give a little even when it's fully tightened- like I said, not well built but acceptable at this price point. The item is very useful to have and I recommend it for general, light use applications.

SUPERGLUE fixed my issues
I ordered this and a metal clamp for my DSLR camera, I returned the metal one because it was too heavy,I plan on going hiking vlogging and weight is my priority, this will not work for my needs out of the box,too much wobble with the 360 degrees spring loaded position mover and plastic plates to hold up down and down movement, SUPERGLUE to the rescue,i found the correct position for my camera to mount on my hiking stick and glued it place, now it is light weight and rock solid,I ordered another and glued it to another angle ,for the price it is very nice but not versatile enough

Not to be Trusted!
This clamp broke out of the blue while holding a small friction arm and an action cam. No touch, just fell out of the blue. I had gone into a different room and came back to find my camera and the mount in pieces. The camera seems to have survived after its faceplate was reattached. The clamp is shot, not that I would trust it again. I liked the way this clamp tightened as it clipped on better than the clamps that just screw to tighten and might have recommended it. Now that I've seen how the plastic can fail, I wouldn't buy another clamp that has plastic parts. This could have been an expensive lesson, as previously, I had used it to hold a small but expensive Canon camera for top-down shots. Dodged a bullet. I have a second one of these clamps holding an LED studio light. Now I'm going to change it out for a more rugged clamp with metal parts instead of plastic. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLAMP with anything that could break if dropped.

Second one
After converting a second bike to e bike i needed a mount for my Mobius camera which I use on all my bike rides (you never know). I have had this same mount on my other bike for the last 3 years and it works flawlessly. I like the ability to mount it on the down tube which is fatter that handlebars or other attachments. Also being able to use a vertical mount is a plus.

Ok mount for stationary situations
I probably had higher hopes for this than I should have, especially considering the price, but overall it was still fairly disappointing. I gave it three stars because for what it's worth it does work. It just works extremely poorly. The clamp always feels like its either too loose, or about to break. There is no middle ground. The actual 1/4 20 mount by virtue of it's spring loaded design wobbles all over the place and makes this clamp completely impractical for mounting a camera to anything that's moving. Which considering I bought this with the intention of using it to mount a tiny action camera to my kids bikes, and scooters and such, completely fails at that. Overall if you are looking to use this as a camera mount on something that is going to be moving... keep looking. If you are planning to use this to mount something that is fairly light and going to be stationary. It will probably do the job just fine.

Perfect mount for my IP security camera
This is exactly what I was looking for. I was going to settle for some kind of small tripod, but I'm glad that I held out and found the clamp that I wanted. I needed something to hold up a Foscam IP security camera so that it had a better vantage point. I was a little concerned that it might not be able to hold it, but it does a great job. I doubt it would be able to hold anything much heavier though. Pros: * Small size makes it easy to relocate * Easy to install * Very inexpensive, especially compared to some other tripod alternatives Cons: * Not strong enough to hold anything heavier than a compact camera. I think I am pushing it with an IP security camera. * Large base of the camera that I'm using makes it hard to tighten screw to secure clamp.

Weak joints. strong clamp.
The joint between the clamp and the piece with the screw that attaches to your camera is very weak and it's hold by a tiny pointy screw that is just drilled into the plastic, so it will break fast, specially if you have this mounted in a shaky place like the handlebars of a bike, and if it's heavier than a go pro, like a sony nex, then it def will break a lot faster. Not to mention that such joint is not firm in place, causing extra vibrations in your footage. The clamp is the piece that seems to be a higher quality and very strong plastic, but what good is that if you have very weak point between the camera and the clamp?

Good quality, fit on just about any gears I have. Delivered fast.

There is absolutely no strength. Very cheap plastic. Not worth Rs.50/- also.

Nothing magical or amazing but it's well machined, and works as expected. Seems to grip well when fastened.

Absolute garbage. the top spins round and does not hold the camera.....No good at all..... Cannot be tightened enough to stay. Just Rubbish...No quality control.
