I was so happy at the way this Cybele's, Superfood Green Pasta turned out, that I had to come here and share. Wanted to cook some meals for my parents on a recent visit. They have a lot of dietary restrictions so I thought this pasta would be a great addition to one meal. They don't eat vinegar, or garlic, to name a couple main pasta ingredients, so making pasta salad was a slight challenge. I cooked the pasta exactly 7 minutes and immediately rinsed in cold water and drained. Squeezed the juice of a fresh lemon over the pasta, splash of olive oil, a little sea salt, some organic dried herb mixture, and a little bit of olive oil mayo to bind it a little better -- and it turned out fantastic! Everyone loved it. Great consistency and taste, lots of protein, and 100% made of vegetables. Should have taken a photo dang it. Can't wait to buy more and toss with lots of garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese!

This is truly the best veggie pasta I've ever had in my life. It cooks faster than regular pasta, and tastes fantastic. I roast veggies religiously for dinner, and when I need an extra boost after a hard workout Cybele's is my go-to. I won't eat any other pasta our of a box at this point. Typically I just add some olive oil, a small amount of pesto or some garlic powder, and mix it in with the veggies! Absolutely fantastic. I've even used it with only marinara sauce or olive oil and some Parmesan cheese which is fantastic as well!

For those reviewers who said that it has a bit of a weird smell, that is true. It is exactly what you would expect though ... the smell of boiling vegetables. No one boils/steams brocolli and thinks it smells better than fresh baked bread or brownies. Why would you expect the same from a pasta made of vegetables? For those reviews who said that the pasta fell apart, that is true of almost any pasta if you cook it for too long. Normal pasta goes from al dente to squishy to mushy to falling apart. This pasta goes from al dente to falling apart, so there is less room for error. I usually undercook my pasta a bit and then add it to the sauce to finish cooking, so I never have an issue with overcooking, including when I used that method with this pasta. For those reviews who said this pasta tastes bad, I guess that is all up to one's personal liking. To me, these did not taste bad, but they also did not taste good. Better than canned processed garbage, but far from being as good as most boxed pasta. If you do not cook them right, and do not have them with a good sauce, then I probably wouldn't eat them. Would I buy these again? No Would I eat this again if someone else made it for me? Sure, but I would be a bit disappointed.

I am crazy about what is in my food and this brand has great / heathy ingredients. You get to eat veggies while you’re eating pasta and the texture is great and better than other veggie pastas that I’ve had. I like that they don’t use any oils or ingredients that can have long term negative effects on your health, and again the texture is great - just be careful not to over cook it and to leave it al dente.

This is a very small box for the money. It's nutritious and flavor is ok. Might want to add butter or Alfredo sauce or Marinara with it. I'd love to see it coming in a larger box for the price.

I was able to get several flavors and I like the Superfood Green the best as you can really taste the spinach! It's really great to have flavored pastas again. Superfood Orange tastes a lot like regular lentil so I'd pass and buy regular red lentil. You can't really pick up much of the special pumpkin or butternut squash flavors and it's quite starchy. Superfood White is a little bland but does have a different flavor than regular lentil so this was worth buying in my opinion. The cauliflower and parsnip flavors were present. I'm glad that companies are creating gluten free alternatives as it's been years that I've been able to make a tri-colored pasta dish! It was very exciting!

The reviews are what led me to purchase these. They tasted awful. I made pasta salad and it tasted so badly I had to dump the entire bowl

This is a delicious product and I have made many meals with it. I’ve made it with spaghetti sauce and even shrimp scampi! I have a nine year old granddaughter who is a picky eater. I make this for her all the time and she has no idea thatit’s made with vegetables! I’m so happy to get something nutritious into her and she loves it. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it.
