GEEKHOM Springform Pan (8 Pack)

For the occasional cheesecake maker this set will make you very happy. It’s easy to clean. Easy to use. My only Criticism is that the liners that are included are just a little bit bigger than the pans but I found this to be no big deal. I highly recommend this set.

At first I did not like the cake pan, in fact I almost returned it. That was because it leaked water when I gave it a leak test. But I gave it a second try with actual batter and no leaks! I absolutely love the pans now!! It comes with multiple sizes so you can make an array of cakes for different occasions. The no stick coating works perfectly. No more broken cakes out of the cake pan for me! They bake very evenly too. And the 2 spactulas it comes with come in handy for icing. The only thing I don't like is that they are hard to clean in the cracks. Ypu have to really get in the cracks for a thorough cleaning. I would definately recommend this set to anyone!

Received but not used yet. It appears to be of great quality. Assembles and disassembles easily.

I love all of these pans...I have one wish from the manufacturer.....please please make a 10.5 inch pan. This is my favorite Cheesecake pan EVER! I make a full crust New York Style Cheesecake but my recipe requires a bigger pan so to make it I have to use the big and medium pan causing me more work. There are bigger pans being sold but I just love this one, it’s well made and non-stick!

I was a little apprehensive using these making my first cheese cake. I took the parchment and cut it down, I thought it was to big. I prayed the round corner all around lightly with PAM with flower in it. Then put the cut down parchment into the pan, sprayed the corner again with Pam w/flower, lightly. it covered the round edges of parchment. threw in press crust, then other mixed ingredients and baked. Cooled as directed and after pulling from the fridge, sprung the pan opening easy and perfect. I felt like a pro.

These pans are great easy to use and make great cheese cakes and just made 3 tier cake for party for friend. They fit most dimensions for most cakes in the smaller one I’ve made mouse cake with using icebox cookie crust & bread pudding the parchment paper liners make it Easy peasy, You’ll be amazed.

I bought this set because I wanted to replace some older springform pans and it was a great deal...but I guess you get what you pay for... On arrival the pans were slick and shiny. I water tested the largest one and it passed and I let it be. Unfortunately, today on my test bake with the 7" one, the batter leaked all over the counter after I poured it in. I immediately went to test the middle size and it passed just fine. I tried in vain to try and seal up the bottom but the gap is just too large that even foiling the bottom means getting a second layer on the bottom of the pan.

First time, I use the large pan for tapioca steam layer cake. I coat some oil in the pan b4 I pour batter in. There was no sign of leaking and easy to remove just un lock the spring. Normally, we have to wait it cool down completely b4 we able to remove with the regular baking pan.:).*****:)❤️

I've used them a few times for cakes and the batter hasn't leaked. The parchment liners are convenient too.

Pratique

I used the pans once and very happy with my purchase. My only comment is that the 9 inch pan is around 8.5 inch and not a 9 inch sharp.
