Best paddle for beginners and intermediate players! I recently started playing ping pong as a recreational sport and was using the standard paddle everyone used. However, I wanted to buy my own and found this paddle with great reviews and a low price compared to some of the other brands. I was very pleased with the shipping time and the paddle came new in the box with no blemishes..(it might smell of strong rubber for a while). The design quality is solid, though the tape on the border of the paddle is somewhat peeling off after some use, nothing major though. The color really attracts the attention of everyone and many people have been telling me how great it looks. Of all paddles I have had, this is by far the best and would buy another if I had to. Oh, and in terms of actual play, it allows for playing off the table and and solid rubber quality allows for good returns and top spin without much effort. Rubber is almost as nice as brand name rubbers that you can buy for 50 dollars or more. Thanks!

I'm a 1700 rated player and bought this for training my kids. It's a decent buy. High quality rubber with a slow bat. Bat has a wooden, hollow feel when looping, but it has what it needs to get the job done. Exactly what I wanted for my kids. I was pleased (jealous) to see it comes with a nice case. Funny how I buy myself a custom $200 racket and it doesn't come with anything but this little preassembled one does! Lol

Let me start by saying that I am not an expert by any means. I play casually at the office with my coworkers.... However, this paddle changed the game. The amount of spin you can apply to the ball is incredible compared to the trash carboard paddles the office offers. In addition, the ball feels like it 'slows down' with the padding from this paddle. I have been able to improve my game significantly. Not only that, but the learning curve for the paddle is minimal. I have been able to use other Killerspin paddles without much adjustment. Something to note... the surface of the paddle will get very dirty and greasy over time. I highly recommend buying the paddle polish to keep the surface sticky and clean. In addition, the wood handle does patina over time. Overall I would 100% recommend for the casual player that wants to improve their game paly.

I really like this paddle. I decided to go with it as opposed to the 400 because many reviews mentioned that side by side comparison didn't really show a difference, and I was looking to save the money. I was skeptical at first, because the paddles we have at my office are actually pretty solid. They aren't the balsa wood and bumpy sponge rubber type, they actually have good grip and good padding. I didn't know how much this paddle would help since I already did really well with those paddles. My first impression was it was a little heavy, so hard to be quick with it. Other than that, the spin is fantastic! I found myself having a lot more control, and those slams that JUST missed the table started hitting consistently. I started to be able to slam with full power, literally swinging my arm as hard as I could, because the spin and control was so good I could get it to stay on. I highly highly recommend this paddle, both for the quality, and for the value. If I bought the 400 for an additional 20-30 dollars, I would have thought "yeah, well this paddle should be this good." But because I saved the money, I'm very pleasantly surprised, and know that this paddle will set the perfect base to move onto more pro paddles and gameplay in the future.

Great value and really good material and design. I bought them for my father to use at his senior center, he's 73 and still in good health, and he said it's the best paddle he's used all his life. I played with him with this paddle a few times and I like the balance and feel of it too. Not too light but still quick response, no vibration on handling hard shots.

Awesome grip, lightweight, cool detailed design and color, high quality padding and packaged in a very high end box that gives it a ultra premium feel even if it is at mid price point. Have had two weeks so can’t comment on longevity. But it was a huge hit for nephew who has gotten into table tennis. For price point sub-$35, can’t beat it based on look and feel of play out of box. Way over delivers right from start. Hope it stays in good shape. Seems like it will.

I am a passionate casual, office player. I started using the company-provided paddles that are fine at first, but hot garbage once you hit that point of anticipating spins and placements from your opponents. A rival of mine whom I beat regularly started using a pro paddle and there was simply nothing I could do to counter the heavy spins. He was beating me 80% of the time. So it was either quit or invest, but not get too crazy. So this Killerspin seemed like a great balance, and I'm happy to report that it is that and more. The Killerspin seems to have a 100% sweet spot, I can counter any spin coming at me for a safe return over the net. It takes very minimal muscle memory to get down the right touch and the paddle does the rest. I bought this a month ago and haven't lost a match yet. I will say at first, the handle felt a little small that took some getting used to, but it is still the easiest 5 stars I've ever given a product. I look forward to advancing further and maybe seeing how the upgraded Killerspin paddles do once I quit my job and join the table tennis pro circuit, if that exists.
