Everybody's Guide to Natural ESP: Unlocking the Extrasensory Power of Your Mind

This book is a thoroughly scientific and well-founded proposal for individual to develop their bioenergetic potential. However, the climate is so, and Ingo Swann's name and aura are so, that only a select few will indeed even want to walk through that door, not in spite of it being displayed so wide in the open, but because it is. They will continue looking for procedures in self-defeating studies, and others still will keep banging their heads against the fiction they find in occult grimoires.

It's not everyday that you read a book that corrects and clarifies your previously held beliefs. This book does the correction partly to a small degree for me. To a great degree it's clarified concepts that I did not have a great understanding about. The author is not just gifted in their psychic abilities but is well versed in the study of the phenomena. That's what separates this book from many others. There's many presentations of experiments that yielded factual information to unbiased observers. The writing style is easy to understand which helps get the concepts across. This is not a book about how to activate psychic ability. There is some of that in the book but it's not the main thing. It's more about why psychic abilities are real. And why everyone has them. The degrees vary but with this you have a starting point on what you would have to do to use the information from most of these kinds of books. That is why I give book such a high rating.

This book is a very basic and general account of remote viewing. The author's main concern is to position drawing as the vehicle for elicit pychic pperceptions. The book is informative but gets boring and repetiti. The title is misleading because there is not such a thing as a guide. Also, I think although useful is dated.

Ingo Swann is not called the father of modern parapsychology for nothing. He has the uncanny ability to embark on the loftiest mind treks and yet remain grounded, clear and educational. And "Everybody's Guide to Natural ESP" accomplishes both feats with style. After reading this book I have this far performed 2 experiments and am astounded at the results of both. Ingo is a trailblazer, scholar, guru, and psychic force to be reckoned with.

Ingo Swann has written a very understandable book on how to access your ESP core and train your consciousness to go there. He points out that all things like telepathy, precognition, etc are not separate, they all originate from the ESP core. And everyone can learn to access their ESP core.

Book is not really about "how to do" but "how it happens" . Very deep and primal knowledge about ESP and historical facts. I gained an deeper understanding about how ESP works after reading this book. If you are looking for quick techniques on how to do psychic stuff then this book is not for you. I like how Ingo tries to keep the info very scientific.

Ingo was involved with military psy projects. And was responsible for changes in the program that helped it greatly. A true student of the game and great resource!

The physical material book is good. However the inside material is a very subjective matter. Be warned. Peace ✌🏻

Ingo Swann was, in his time, a much respected exponent of psychic abilities, connected with US Government studies. Here he paints more a historical case for the existence of psychic abilities with compelling scientific and research evidence. - [my personal opinion separate to the book] In reality, psychic abilities are evolving in humans, much as we evolved feet, and will represent a leap forward in human rights. Sensing emotional intent represents the truth, whereas communication based around words (as is the case today) is open to abuse, ownership of language (as in the wealthy able to hire lawyers to twist words forever) and lies. Emotional intent being naked and clear for all to see will rule one day, and psychic abilities evolving is the pathway to that. [end personal opinion] Ingo shows how this rudimentary evolution is taking place with compelling historical evidence that is impossible to dismiss lightly, unless you are an idiot.

I enjoyed the book on a whole and learnt a lot. However large sections were very repetitive and I lost interest at times.

This is a thoroughly enjoyable book and I highly recommend it. It takes a fee chapters to get into Ingo’s writing style I’ll admit. But… it’s logical in its approach to the subject and I suspect that Ingo’s view on reality and what might amount to a single consciousness is correct. Paradoxically - I would say that at the time of writing this was a ground breaking and insightful work - but - lets be honest, most Far Eastern philosophies have views reality thus for thousands of years. If you are interested in learning ESP - Ingo details a method you could follow. Not sure I will try it myself. If you do - please do it for the right reasons - not out of craving power or control. If Ingo is right - to save humanity we will probably all have to connect to a universal consciousness one day and forgo our egos. Shame Ingo isn’t with us anymore - I think the year 2025 could really do with a few Ingo Swanns.

One of the Bests books to achieve Remote Viewing. With a clear language and his own model of how ir works. Includes typical errors for beginners. Definitely, it worths it.
