NeilMed NeilCleanse Wound Wash - Sterile Saline Spray - 6.3 fl oz

I’m very happy with the Cleanse Sterile Saline. It’s gentle, convenient, and easy to use for cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, and irritated areas. The sterile saline provides a simple, effective way to rinse without harsh ingredients. I also like that it’s easy to keep on hand at home or in a first-aid kit. Overall, a practical product that I would recommend for everyday wound-cleaning needs.

I personally like to purchase this NeilMed Wound Wash in place of the one that is advertised for piercings because it has the exact same ingredients, but this one is significantly cheaper, with the only true difference being the spout, which I get because this spout nozzle makes the liquid come out fast, but personally I don't have an issue with it as long as you don't press down extremely hard when you're aiming it at your piercings or you can spray it onto something like a q-tip. When it comes to the liquid, I think it's quite soothing and cooling. I have effectively used this on several different piercings, and it really helps, I believe with the healing process! I would highly recommend it if you need to heal piercings and want a cheaper alternative that has the same ingredients as the other NeilMed Piercing Wound Wash that is often advertised and a bit more expensive, and the spout nozzle is a bit more misty with its effect compared to this one. Other than that I will keep buying this for piercings and I really enjoy it! :)

Nice and easy to use. I cut my finger pretty bad and when I used this there was no stinging or anything. I felt pretty confident that the wound was cleaned. A good steady stream comes out of the bottle with nice pressure. Always good to have something to clean cuts. Mine was a pretty bad cut that almost needed stitches. I used this as part of my wound care and have no infections.

This saline wound wash helped clear up some redness around my piercing and did exactly what I needed it to do. Just be aware that it sprays more like a small stream or hose rather than a fine mist. I found it works best to lightly spray it onto a flat cotton round and then apply it to the area. It was a game changer once I figured that out.

I got a new piercing for the first time in many many years and this was an absolute lifesaver. My new piercing got very irritated when the flatback tip fell off. A lot of dried blood and crusties. Yuck! As much as I wanted to wipe away the blood and crusties with Q-tips and tissue, I refrained because I noticed that they were just irritating my piercing even more. I switched to using this spray ONLY. No Kleenex (except to wipe away any dripping saline solution from the side of my face), no Q-tips, nothing. My piercing is doing so much better after only a week and a half! The saline spray basically "dissolved" the crusties and dried blood. I can tell my piercing is still healing as it's only 3.5 months old but it's improved a lot. The only reason I knocked off one star though for this is that this bottle does not last long. I was expecting it to last at least a few months but it lasted only about a week and a half. I used it 2x/day (once in the AM, once in the PM). Very short sprays directly on my piercing. I realize now that it's super cheap because it doesn't last very long. If there's a bigger size, I'd recommend getting that for any piercings.

Wonderful! Does the job cleaning my new piercing! When I first sprayed it in the sink, it sprayed everywhere because it was so strong. Spraying a piercing you shouldn't need to press down all the way avoiding what I did but if you are using it for open wounds, although the pressure will help rid of all debris, it might also do a little damage or be painful so be careful! Great cheap way to buy saline solution for a piercing w/o paying the price of "piercing" saline solution. Same exact thing, the "piercing" title increases its value! I had the most popular "piercing" saline solution on amazon, honestly, I might prefer this one. I had an irritation bump on my helix and i'm not sure if it was also outside factors but once i ran out and started using this one, it's began going away faster.

Well, its so bad I got scammed because I had bought the same one same size same every thing from another seller and it finished after 1 and half moths but this finished only in 2 days and the spray in it is a total poor quality,never purchasing again its so bad.Hoping for a refund.

I was surprised that pharmacies generally do not stock sterile wound saline. This is a great product. It will clean wounds when re-dressing and help to prevent infection. As another reviewer mentioned it is a strong spray on full pressure on the button. Have a trial go and if pressed gently it is a perfect trickle to wash a wound. Don’t forget to order some STERILE GAUZE WIPES too!
