I put this up in the backyard, and I’ve used it every day since. It’s super easy to put up, and it is made of thick netting and sturdy supports. It also comes with a roomy bag, which makes it versatile enough to take to the park. It’s great fun to have my own private driving range where I can practice any time of day.

I can set up and take down this net in only a few minutes. I wanted a net I could by setting up and putting away for each practice session without it being a huge hassle. This net met those requirements.

Very easy and quick to assemble / disassemble - less than 5 min. Frame seems to be strong, well made and sturdy. Net seems good/adequate for our needs but I perceive wear/hole issues with high speed shots using a golf ball as it doesn’t appear to be truly heavy duty. We primarily use it with plastic balls - mostly to ensure good swing technique, ball contact, and a straight initial flight path. Perfect for this. We’ve hit a few golf balls into it but there’s a BIG difference on carry through in the net. We set up ours in the garage and the 7x7 is the perfect size. No overshoots and still leaves ample space. 10x7 would be too big for our needs. Overall good value and we’re pleased. Note: 5x4 practice mat in pictures bought separately.

Obviously, I can't judge durability since it arrived just today but it definitely appears sturdy and well-made. Even with reading the instructions carefully at each step, it only took 15 minutes to assemble and it will certainly take less in future, now that I know where the pieces go. I set it up in my basement (where it's in the way of everything) and threw a few drivers (very streamlined discs) at it, increasing my force each time to check for penetration and/or rebound. Each disc simply dropped with no evidence of damage to the net. Unsurprising because this exact product was recommended by other disc golfers who have one. It's going to be very useful for working on my footwork and throwing technique. Normally, I'll back a car out of the garage and throw there, at least until the rain stops in April. My only caution, if you're going to be setting up inside, is that just before you attach the net you're working with something that is about 20 feet (6 meters) wide, and that's for the 7' x 7' size.

I bought this net midway through SIP (Shelter in Place) to help me stay consistent with my golf swing. I had originally bought another net from a different company that quickly deteriorated and due to the design had managed to kill all the grass where it had sat on. This net was the perfect solution and replacement for that net. The setup was really easy and I was able to start hitting balls about 10 mins after opening the package. Since the main components are just bars to hold the net and the net itself the grass that it sits on is able to get enough sunlight and I'm able to leave it in my backyard without having to move it. After about 6 months of having it I noticed one part of the net broke (normal wear and tear from hitting into it everyday) . Luckily I contacted the manufacturer P&P imports and told them the issue I had and they quickly remedied the situation by sending me a replacement net as well as a net reinforcement. This was quickly resolved within a day of e-mailing and I couldn't be happier.

Update at 2 years of usage: Still love it, very durable, no damage from using real golf balls with full set of clubs. Install/take down in 10 minutes! One of several GoSports products I've bought and have been pleased with all of them. Original review: I wanted to be able to use this in my garage and found this to be the perfect size. It takes 5 minutes to assemble or take down the net and is very well made. I only use foam balls, so I'm not sure about the long-term durability if you use real golf balls. I also bought the Galileo Golf Target Golf Training Aids Practice Target Backyard Driving Backstop Circle Style Target 5x6FT that you see in the photo and I love it. It's great to have a target to aim at and it's very durable. I bought a Rukket Sports Haack Pro hitting net but returned it because it was too big for the garage. The GoSports is the same quality of framing as the Haack Pro. The net seems to be more heavy duty on the Rukket. I bought the Rukket directly from them and was disappointed with the Customer Service. When I returned the net for a refund that they said they'd process right away, I finally got a refund after 3 months going through my credit card company's complaint process.

I purchased this to practice hitting real balls outdoors and foam balls indoors. It's very sturdy and collects the real balls quite easily given its size. When I use it indoors, the foam balls get caught by the netting and the frame doesn't budge at all. It's a little too wide for the room I use it in but can make it fit easily by leaving out the center back frame piece. If i do this, the net is a litle flopppy but that's no problem at all. Putting it up and taking it down are a cinch and there's a handy convenient bag to store it all in.

Great net for foam balls

This is the third golf net I have purchased from Amazon. The first one wore out after I hit many thousands of golf balls. The second net I purchased was the Champkey 10 X 7 golf net. This product is a total disaster. Very difficult to assemble, the instructions supplied by the seller are totally useless. I tried contacting the seller, I didnt get a reply. Horribly designed product + useless instructions + ZERO support = STAY AWAY!!! The GoSports Golf Practice Hitting Net took less than 10 mins to assemble, the instructions supplied with the product are excellent! DISCLAIMER: I have not yet used the net, therefore I have no idea how durable it is going to be. My guess based on the quality of the materials used, I am going to be happy with it. To be safe, I am going to attach a small tarp to the net that will serve as a target and it should protect the net from premature wear.

Very happy with the product. This is great tool to keep practicing during the long winter months. Very easy to install within 3-4 minutes. I recommend the tri-fold mattress. We can use real golf ball as well. If you are on a concrete surface just add a soft carpet or rubber mattress to absorb the bounce. GoSports have excellent product.

The net is easy to assemble, may require a second person to hold on side at the first time, but once you go through the process, the next assemble/dissemble will be a piece of cake. The only complaint and potentially the biggest flaw of this product is the bad odor from the net, I have to put it outside for several days and then wash the net several times with detergent, but only reduce the chemical odor, I guess the odor can not be removed completely. If the manufacturer can choose some eco friendly materials for the net, this product will be a perfect one.

Easy to setup. Solid net. I’ve hit real golf balls (vs. just practice balls) into this ranging from short irons to driver. So far it’s held up well! Glad i purchased this as it’s helped me practice a lot more without having to always go to the busy driving ranges right now!

Have been using this practice net daily for the past week and am loving it. It was very easy to assemble, appears to be extremely durable, the net has a nice ball return and the price was amazing in comparison to the competition. I would highly recommend this net.
