Could not pull brush out of it's holder, at all. The smaller brush worked fine. Requested a replacement. The company was quick with no problem. Received the replacement and the 2nd brush cannot be pulled out of the holder either, this time top handle pulled off or came unglued. Good company, poor product.

When you first get this out of the box, you need to pull really hard but it gets less difficult to remove as you use it. My dog has short fur that gets all over our couch and this works really well to remove it. The only problem is that our dog thinks that it is a toy and tries to bite it every time I use it!

The housing is very weak and cheaply put together. When you go to pull out the larger lint brush, the handle is impossible to pull out with out breaking or pulling it apart. The first thing i had to do to not break it was to pull off the dump tray and push it from the bottom so the ill-attached handle didn't come off. That worked fine but was annoying. I ended up super gluing all of the connections and seams together. IT WORKS GREAT NOW! It is still very difficult to pull out, but i'm sure it will loosen up as i use it more.

First time I tried to use it the brush was stuck in the base. Then I figured I’d open the bottom of the base to see what it was catching on and that didn’t come off easily either. I REALLY had to pry it. But I got the bottom off and used the handle of a pair of scissors to knock the brush loose from the base. After everything had been dislodged for the first time the brush came out no problem and everything worked perfectly. I love these brushes; the mini one is super convenient. We have 3 large, double-coated dogs so our lives are engulfed in hair. These make me feel good about not littering the environment with lint roller sheets just to not be hairy when we leave the house. You just have to get the newly molded plastic used to sliding against the base by using it a couple times and it doesn’t stick anymore.

Its cheap and is extremely difficult to get out of the holding container. The handle broke off just by trying to pull it out. Also can't get the container open to empty it, but it works ok if it's out and if i don't put it all the way in.

I read a lot of comments saying the brush got stuck in the holster and mine did the exact same. I was able to get it out the first time to use it and the brush worked fantastically!! I was a little surprised how effortlessly it picked up lint, hair, and other fuzz. But once I put it back in the holster to clean, it never emerged again. In fact, the handle broke off. For $10, I’m not shocked. Just a quick return and a start back at square one to solve my dog hair problem :(

We use this on just about everything our cats touch but when it comes time to clean it out the bottom is very hard to remove without the use of a flat head screwdriver.

This product comes with zero instructions and is difficult to remove from the base. The second time I tried to remove it from the base the handle came off. Cheaply made and no info to contact maker. Do not waste your money!
