As a plant based eater, I have taken a vegan B12 supplement for years. Recently, I ran out and was “too busy” to order more. After a couple months, I noticed having low energy especially in the afternoons and then started having heart palpitations. After reading the reviews some people are claiming to have a bad reaction to theses B- vitamins and that they cannot take these any longer.
