This is the perfect pillow! I have SI joint issues and this has saved my lower back. I’m not achy when I wake in the morning and my hips feel amazing. It’s light weight, firm, and curved to fit my thighs. It’s easy to keep between legs when switching sides. I can even lay with one leg straight when I need to stretch a bit. I was worried a bit that the size was going to be too small, I thought I’d need it for my entire leg and knee support, but I find this actually really comfortable. I’m also only 5’2”. I’m also nursing my 1 year old to sleep by side lying, it’s been heaven. I wish I bought this sooner! Five stars for me.

I've been a side sleeper for years and have always relied on tucking a regular pillow between my legs for comfort. The Contour Legacy is a proper purpose-built upgrade to that habit, and for the most part, it delivers. It feels great in use — the foam is supportive without being stiff, the material is soft and comfortable against the skin, and the removable washable cover is a thoughtful and practical inclusion. It stays in position well enough through the night... for the most part. I'll occasionally shift from my side to my back while sleeping, at which point the pillow naturally moves out of place. But that's hardly the product's fault — it's doing exactly what it's designed to do. Most importantly, it accomplishes the goal. It gets me to sleep more comfortably and with better support, which is all you can really ask for. My one caveat — and it's a minor one — is that I wish it were just a quarter inch thicker. Given that it's a molded foam shape, there's no way to customize the fill, so you get what you get. That said, I'd love to see a future iteration offer optional sizing or thickness variations for those of us who land just slightly outside the sweet spot. A small wish for an otherwise solid product — 4 stars!

This pillow has really helped my mom. She has a fractured hip and it keeps her knees from laying on each other as well. My mom is bedridden so keeping her comfortable is the main priority. This pillow has helped a lot with her comfort.

Really helps me sleep and relieves me of the pain in my knees and legs.

I was looking forward to this pillow helping me sleep better after back surgery. The quality is good, but it was too thick for me and made my hips hurt. I would try to return it, but it comes with a really large tag that I tore off because it would be in the way during the night.

A very comfortable knee pillow. I’ve had it several months and it has held its shape perfectly. Not too firm, the perfect density. I love that the cover is removable and washable.

Cash money took over for the 99 and 2000 and so now I have random knee pain. Can’t sleep without it. I was having knee pain when I woke up and could not pinpoint the cause. I slept with a plain pillow between my knees and the pain went away. The problem is the standard pillow goes flat and just is a hassle. This contour pillow is PERFECT to sleep with. Doesn’t move throughout the night, gives just enough. Not too hard not too soft. Doesn’t go flat. I’m a chronic side sleeper and this has improved my quality of sleep.

Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
