Item arrived with an EU plug rather than UK? Not listed as this anywhere, have had to buy an adaptor at an additional cost to me, ridiculous

Useless in the UK
Was sent with a USA plug - what use is that for a UK customer? And so far I haven’t received a refund either, although I sent it back weeks ago. Very unimpressed.

I wanted a big curling wand for waves it’s hot as big as I wished but the waves turned out nice . The clasp doesn’t hold well and will let the hair fall

Super schöne, große Locken – klare Kaufempfehlung
Ich habe mich für den 38 mm Lockenstab entschieden, weil ich große, weiche Wellen statt kleiner Korkenzieherlocken wollte – und genau das bekomme ich auch. Die Locken wirken natürlich, fallen schön und halten bei mir mehrere Stunden, besonders mit etwas Haarspray. Die Beschichtung fühlt sich hochwertig an und gleitet gut durchs Haar. Meine Haare wirken nach dem Styling nicht strohig oder stark strapaziert. Auch das Aufheizen geht schnell, was ich im Alltag sehr praktisch finde. Die Handhabung ist einfach und angenehm, auch durch die Klemme lässt sich das Haar gut fixieren. Für mittellanges bis langes Haar finde ich die 38 mm perfekt. Negativ kann ich persönlich nichts sagen – für große, weiche Locken ist das Gerät wirklich ideal. Würde ich definitiv wieder kaufen. 😊
