Second one, both malfunctioned
No 1 star ratings, it surprises me. This is the second Defiant light I have purchased, and each one had a switch malfunction. It would only illuminate the low setting and it was impossible to change it--only way to turn it off was to take the batteries out. Despite the hype, I will NEVER buy again.

Bright light and good for distant sight
Best flashlight I got so far. Bright. lights up well for distant sight. and arrived just before the hurricane hit here. using it everyday/night as we wait for the utility’s power to be restored.

Super Bright Light... button provides three settings... bright, brighter and A blinding strobe. A must have!
