They just work.

I have been using these for a few years, I have them installed in the 16-Bay Fiber Converter Chassis System SNMP Management Module TFC-1600. Never had any issues with them. One thing to remember, with my Cisco switches I have to set the speed to 1GBPS because these will not run at 100MBPS and the Cisco switch set to auto negotiate starts at 100.
