I bought this workout poster for my son who’s just starting his fitness journey, and it’s been a fantastic tool. The laminated finish makes it durable and easy to hang in our home gym, and the clear illustrations help him target specific muscle groups with confidence. Excellent collection of dumbbell exercises presented on a large laminated poster organized into groups like upper body, core, back, lower body and total body. Clear instructions with graphics make this a great wall hanging in any exercise room. There are bonus exercises on the reverse side. My only complaint is that to display the front and reverse sides on my wall I had to buy a second copy which doubled the cost. The poster is well-worth $7.99, but including tax the two copies came to over $19. I really found this very useful, so I paid the price to buy the two copies, but wish there was an offer to buy two copies without lamination to get the cost lower. Or even a bundles price for two copies with some discount. Hey, I bought two because this is a really useful good-looking guide that I wanted to display showing both sides, so I am clearlya big fan!

For this for my son who’s constantly asking what exercises to do for what muscle group! This is perfect! I even love the pictures and am using it myself! Great addition to the at home gym!

2 sided chart. With every exercise you could ever need. It’s very useful. I had to lay on the floor, but you could hang it on the wall. It has two sides, so you would want to put it so that you can turn it and see both sides. If you love to work out, but you just need a little bit of motivation or want to change up your routine , this is for you. The price is great.

It has exercises on both sides. Can’t stick to the wall, one side is hidden. It should have come with a frame and printed only on one side.

Simple to follow. Laminate allows me to hang in home gym/garage without worry it will fall apart.

Elle est de bonne qualité et durera dans le temps. Il y a plein de mouvement très clair et une vue des muscles sollicités en vue de face et de dos. Elle me permet de diversifier les entraînements sans matériels hormis les altère 😆
