Great hose reel. Works like a champ and hose is kink free.

This is way better than other options on the market. I will by more for around my house and shop.

I have been using it for a couple months. This is a very heavy duty reel. The pull back is strong so there's no screwing around. This unit replaced a high end plastic unit that was probably 20 years old and this blueseal unit is way more robust.

This reel is a monster!! I've had a number of brands and this one stands out. Solid and strong.

I waited a bit to write a review. After many in and outs of the hose, I feel this product will be long lasting and works great. At first, it leaked a bit at the pony section connection, but I think that was the seals setting themselves. No further leaks found. Good heavy duty product.

The hose reel as a whole is really nice. The hose is not very high quality and mine has a crack in the male fitting, causing it to leak. I am going to try and get the hose replaced from the manufacturer. I put a good quality hose on and with the extra weight of it, I had to add 4 turns to the spring to help it rewind better. I will likely purchase another if the replacement of the defective hose goes well with the manufacturer.

So, long story short, my reel arrived damaged on my porch, along with many others. The product box was not inside a box. Problem: Amazon has been doing this or giving the manufacturers/sellers of products the option to ship their products without protecting the product and not in an Amazon box. They say It helps the environment, which it may do, but damaging the product during delivery and being forced to return to get it solved is not sustainable. My solution: Ask Amazon to “hide what’s inside”; that way, there needs to be another box “protecting” what’s inside. If you fail to do this, don't worry. I used washers to even out the reel where it was secured. It was a simple fix not thrilled though. Damage: -multiple holes in box -the reel itself was bent which is very heavy duty metal which speaks to the build quality but when miss handled and possibly dropped its inevitably going to sustain damage on it way to you. Product overview: overall for the $200 range this may be the best Amazon option for a commercial grade garden hose reel. It’s also made in India. Just make sure you ask Amazon to “hide what’s inside” and pray it doesn’t come too bend or broken. In fact I’m using this for my mobile detail business which does 4-5 cars a day at multiple homes and I'm not worried about it breaking. The hose is just okay. You might want to replace it later on. Pros: -comes with commercial grade 50ft hose -Thick gauge steel and enamel paint -Good positive click locking mechanism (doesn’t bind up) -Threads look clean & cut well (won’t leak) -Included swivel is high quality (cannot speak for seal durability yet) -Reel can be mounted and customized to your liking -solid mounting option Cons -packaging is poor (ask Amazon to hide what’s inside) -50ft hose was greasy upon arrival -hose could be better with the ends grips

Performs as advertised. Doesn’t state it comes with a swivel mount adapter so I ordered one separately. No leaks. Quality sprayer included. Ratchet mechanism works much better than plastic enclosed counterparts. Works much like my compressed air hose reel. You can latch it open after unrolling the hose then release when done. If your not familiar with this mechanism READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Curious to see how it holds up to the Texas summer sun and rain. I’ll post updates should any of the parts fail.

Works well. No complaints so far. Your friends will ask you about it especially if it's mounted in your garage beside a 1/2" 50 foot air hose, looks professional.

Retractor broke within a week good if you like to manually wind hose back in
