Truly the best coaster made. No sweating, no condensation, very absorbent and really pretty !

At this early stage of use, five stars are appropriate. Hope no downgraded review becomes necessary! These look attractive -- understated, not "visually obtrusive". Work well with our casual, stoneware mugs and with everyday glassware. Helpful to have the "lip" for any traveling drips! Definitely recommend these.

Wonderful coasters. These coasters solve the problems that almost every coaster has. They have a very nice cork bottom to protect the surface they’re resting on. There is a rim to prevent condensation/sweat from spilling onto the table. The most surprising part is that they are water absorbent, and I use a lot of ice in my drinks. I have not seen any condensation forming on the coaster (which means that the coaster will never stick to my cup when I pick it up to drink). The pattern is nice, and seems like it will last a long time. I’m a very particular person, who really dislikes the way most coasters function and these are better than I could have ever wished for. A++

So far I really like these coasters. They absorb condensation from drinking glasses and coordinate well with my new placements. The back side is cork, so it will not scratch the table. While the design is just printed on the stone, you would not know that unless you examined it closely. Great style, good quality, size is large enough for all of our drinkware. Note that they do not come with any kind of holder for the set if that is important to you. They do stack nice.

Cute, slightly bigger than expected

I own a second home in Hawaii where it can get very humid. Using a coaster is a necessity. In the past I bought sandstone coasters that were very disappointing, I usually put a folded paper towel on top. My coasters would also annoyingly stick to my glass. Now with these new coasters I will never need to use paper towels again. These work perfectly to keep the bottom of my glass dry with no help from paper towels and no more coaster sticking to the bottom of my glass. Do not hesitate to buy these! They work!

Just got these and had to try them right away. They work great. Put a few drops of water on one and it absorbed them right away. They are pretty with a thin cork backing. I ordered the wood grain one and it does look like a slice of wood. I'm hoping they will last a long time. I've seen sets of four for a lot more money so these, a set of six, are well worth it. Today 5/22/2020 I have now ordered a total of three sets of these coasters. They still work great. Keep absorbing liquid. I did break one though. My bad...I dropped it on my tile floor. I highly recommend these if you're tired of liquids dripping on your clothes when you pick up a drink.

Update: A little over a year and a half, and now the glasses are sticking to them. I'm guessing they can only handle so much water and they eventually fail. I will be buying more since they last for a long time. These coasters are pretty great because they absorb water without them even getting wet. They are heavy enough that they won't stick to the bottom of the glass or cup. I've ordered lightweight coasters in the past that say they are absorbent but never worked. My tables always ended up with puddles of water on them. I wonder if leaving them out in the sunshine will help them to dry out.

These are beautiful and functional: stylish, large, with a rim, absorbant and with cork padding on the underside.

Yes they really do work, I was nit totally convinced they would work but hands up, they do, I would recommend 100% thank you for this clever drinks mat and no more soaked kitchen roll to worry about
