Yes, this should be your first step then your cleanser. This product didn't leave any residue for me...rinses clean.

What are the ingredients and will it remove waterproof mascara?

It removes my Tarte" Maneater" mascara with no problem. I use the clean it zero by banila co and i want to know if this is good for oily skin?

Well, I'm not 100% sure. I have combination skin, and Physician's formula oesn't trigger my oily areas. Also, the Physician's Formula product seems less oily when compared to two similar products: IT's ByeByeMakeup and the Clinque's product (I can't remember the name). In fact, I actually prefer the Physician's Formula product because it doesn't feel so oily to me.

One of the ingredients is Polyethylene. That is plastic, right?

Yes, this is plastic and it pollutes the ocean sadly enough.
