Great ODB2 scanner
This is a very simple ODB2 scanner that does enough to help to troubleshoot an issue with your vehicle, if you read the manual. I bought this to check out a problem with a 2008 Ford F150. Since there was no code sent to identify the issue we did a data scan while driving and it found that the truck was running very hot over time, even though the temperature gage in the truck was not picking it up until it was too late.

I don't know what I would do without this diagnostic reader. I can say this though, it has saved me a lot of money.

Inferior to a 9 year old Ancel 510
I bought this for the graphing capabilities. Turns out it only displays one item at a time. The Ancel 510 can display 4 items at the same, and each graph items/lines has their own color, black red green blue. Also when I connect this Autel 519 to a vehicle it take 1 minute to load up the OBDII information, whereas the Ancel it takes maybe 15 seconds or so, indicating an inferior processing unit. Again, the Ancel is 9 years old. Reason I bought a new device is that the Ancel is giving me occasional connection error, during cold weather. On the plus side, the I/M readiness on this Autel seems to work, indicating 'INC', incomplete, that the check engine light was changed. The GUI interface seems of slightly inferior quality compared to Ancel in question.
