Acerbis 2142000001 Rally Pro X-Strong Black Handguard

Very happy with the handguards. They are definitely going to be very durable. The aluminum bar inside makes them very sturdy. Installation was easy once I just went with the non-steel handlebar method. There's 2 ways to install these things and I couldn't tell what metal my bars were made of. It wouldn't fit if I used the steel bar method because the inside diameter of the handlebar ends were too small. They sell these guards labeled as "x-strong" but when I received them, they were just labeled as rally pro. I called acerbis and they said they were the same ones. Not sure why they say "x-strong" in the title and not on the packaging. Mine mount to a 2018 yz250f. No issues with the throttle hanging. And no issues with wires or cables in the way of the included mounting hardware.

Look good and sturdy. Dropped the bike a couple times on the trails and no problem.

These handguards are perfect for any enduro/trail rider. The hardware is top quality and the plastic is not like the cheap knockoff hand guards. They were very easy to install. If you want quality, Acerbis are the brand to get, and this seller was quick to ship them to me.

The didn’t come from Amazon in the blister pack but rather loosely in a cardboard box. I took one star for that but the product itself is awesome fit perfect, went on with no issue on my 1 1/8” Tusk chubs. The provided aluminum adapter sleeves flex when you tighten them down making a rock solid mount. These things are tough.

Held up well in the past two years on my Strom. Letters are fading, but it has definitely saved my controls a couple times, not too bulky and looks pretty slick

These hand guards are a great choice. They get great reviews on the internet and now I know why. I don't think you can find a better top branded option for the $$. They go on easily an are solid as a rock on the bars. Your levers will likely fit, but will need some adjustment. It also required a minor bend (no tools required) to get the right fit for my clutch lever. I'm a big fan of Acerbis product for my off road motorcycle.

DONT GET THE KNOCK OFFS, the hard ware is weak and makes your bike look bad. These are the classic guards. I wanted something age appropriate for my 04 crf450r.

Fitted to. Honda CRF250 L Rally. These handguards arrived at 20:00 hours and were fitted within the hour. The rear of the outer box has an informative pictogram, for assembly and installation - very easy to follow. The component parts are of good quality and the design of these components is very good, making the installation straight-forward. Given the fact that items like these will be installed on a variety of motorcycles, with their cables, levers, hydraulic reservoirs, and various wiring in different places, it is a difficult brief; achieved by using a solid, arched, aluminum connecting stay to the handlebars. The fitted handguards felt quite solid before I tightened the fixings and once tightened they felt even more secure. Finally, only one Allen key size was needed for the three different bolt/screw types. Now that's someone having a good day at the office.
