These are good and easy to use but they need to come with an applicator

These are controlling the cramps I had been experiencing. My only complaint is how strong the cocoa butter smells. It's not bad but be prepared. Also, storing in the refrigerator or freezer is a must. They are too soft at Texas room temperature for easy insertion. Already have set up recurring delivery.
