My filofax paper for my personal filofax is 6.75 x 3.75 --why does it say 6.7 and 3.8 for product dimensions? Is that the same? Why is it so confusing

Ignore the discrepancy. Index works fine in personal Filofax.

Would these fit in the kate spade personal size zip around agenda?

Yes. I am currently using this in my Kate Spade Personal zip around planner, so I know it fits!

Will this fit in an a6 binder

I have a Day Runner that uses A6. It fits just fine.
