The CT Mask was designed specifically to give you the ability to breathe warm, moist air outdoors in cold weather. Inside each mask is a patented thermal exchange module which affects a heat exchange cycle regulating air flow through its chambers and directing the air over a low turbulence thermal medium. Heat and moisture from your exhaled breath is captured within the module and transferred into your next inhaled breath of fresh air, setting up a cycle of breathing warm, moist air. Even in freezing temperatures, you will breathe 80 degree air! Please note that respiratory masks are personal products which due to health standards may not be exchanged or returned for resale. Masks are guaranteed if defective in materials or construction.

Needs To Be Cleaned, Would Not Want To Wear It Daily
This feels like wearing a bad mask, it works but is bulky and not exactly comfortable. Also, you MUST clean it out, you are breathing in and out and the filter gets dirty from that. I am not sure there is a "perfect" answer to cold air, this does help and makes a difference but only to a point. If not fit exactly right cold air can seep in. I am happy I have it, but would not want to wear it everyday (i.e. commuting or waiting for train or bus) it is ok for, in my opinion short term, on and off use.

That's a good thing. The mask does the job it describes
The mask came sooner than anticipated. That's a good thing. The mask does the job it describes, only negative thing is it is difficult to use my glasses and hearing aides with the mask on.

Perfect for wearing during temperatures of 40 and under
Perfect for wearing during temperatures of 40 and under. Increased my mobility. As a COPD patient I was struggling with the usual knit face masks and breathing in cold air which in turn caused severe chest pains and lowered my oxygen level dangerously below 90.

CT Mask
It helps, but it does not come far enough under the chin. I had one before from another company that works fine and covers the chin. That company went out of business and I was so thrilled to fine that you carried the mask. I like it but it does not fit under my chin the way the first one I had did.Thank you for inquiringDessie

Not for anyone who is 'claustrophobic!'
I bought this for my Mom who lives winters in Florida and suffers from COPD. She has altered her day-to-day activities because of her diagnosis. The concept is terrific for those afflicted, however, I was unaware that my mother's claustrophobia (or that she had suffered from it) deters her from using the product! I will keep on encouraging her to try. May require a visit to a shrink or hypnotist:)

Not What We Needed
My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and has a very hard time being outside. This mask is very awkward. He wears glasses and hearing aids in both ears. Its very difficult to get over your head because it doesn't unfasten in the back you slip it on like a hat. Just not good for what we are looking for. Good idea for someone who does not have glasses or hearing aids.
