Great product, very durable and easy to clean
Excellent product. It consists of thick glass that is very durable. I even dropped one a couple times on my granite floors and it did not break. I have used these since my daughter's birth and had no trouble with colic. My older daughter was colic so I know how terrible it can be; I wish I had used these bottles with her. They are easy to clean. I throw mine in the dishwasher and they always come out spotless. My one negative comment is that they leak with the cap on unless you place the white stopper disc inside the nipple that it came with. Other than that, I love these.

We’ve become a Dr.Browns household
I am a FTM who had a lot of trial and error with testing bottles with my baby, especially since he had trouble latching. Unfortunately I could not continue to BF, but I would say that he developed a love for Dr.Browns bottles. It’s only recently that I invested in some of the wide ones, and he uses those, the narrow, and lansinoh bottles really well, with silent reflux. They came packaged securely, with no damage. See pictures for reference upon unboxing. My son is now 5 months and takes between 6-7 oz so it was time to upgrade from 4/5 oz bottles, I had tried a 5oz wide and he liked it, so I purchased 2 plastic 9 oz bottles and then saw these on a slight sale and based on research, glass is better for him! 9 oz is perfect for both small and large amounts, the glass is not too heavy but noticeably sturdier than the plastic and don’t run the risk of getting cloudy the way plastics can after being run through a bottle washer or the bottle washer often. I personally have not experienced leakage with these or any Dr browns bottles with exception of when mixing and the cap not being on tight enough. While there is a lot of parts and that can be cumbersome, I have noticed my baby has less gas retained whether it comes out the top or the bottom end, and considering he has medical diagnoses related to his gut, that’s a plus for me. The design is sleek, Dr. Browns bottles look great already and are very clear with the ounces super visible to manage a feed. The functionality of these bottles, for my household personally, has saved us a lot of grief and given me a bottle type my baby enjoys whether narrow or wide, but I’d say the wide definitely more mimics an actual nipple so would likely be good for babies with gut or reflux/gas issues, that combo feed, or are being transitioned from the breast for whatever reason. I’d say my household has become mostly a Dr.Browns household at this point, and considering I’m now investing in glass, hopefully when I have a second child they will work just as great for them! I recommend these bottles, and the narrow ones, whether glass or plastic (plastic is more budget friendly but also less likely to last and safer health wise for baby although I am not opposed to plastic bottle feeding. I’d say these are an investment, and suggest to also purchase silicone sleeves for protection and easy handling for you and baby as they get older! I also recommend Dr.Browns pacifiers, their pitcher, and would note that they have conversion kits for sippies and straws when baby transitions. 👍🏽 Hope my review is helpful for other moms out there looking for a good fit when it comes to bottles, especially glass.

Great alternative to plastic bottles
Great bottles ! Easy to clean, wonderful to know my baby won’t be continuously exposed to potentially harmful plastic byproducts. A bit bulky and time consuming to clean and put together but it gets much easier with a routine and it’s worth it.

Great Product
These bottles are the best! Also, get the Dr Brown’s Bottle cleaner too! It’s so helpful with the bottles! Bought both for my daughter.

Breastfeeding mommas that are worried about bottles not acting like a breast! Well these are your best friend it also helped my sons latching problems. Plus they’re glass. It’s a bit bigger than expected but we were using the 4 oz bottles so duh it’s bigger. Easy to clean and use. It hasn’t leaked for me but we’re still learning:)

Heavy and hard to open
Well I have used dozens of Dr brown and I have to say this wide neck glass one is my least favorite. I like the glass material but it is so heavy! Sometimes almost dropped it to baby’s face due to its weight. The cap is the hardest to open and close for all the series I have used in Dr brown. I saw ppsu version of Dr brown sold in other countries but not in America. Hope Dr. Brown can add the ppsu option to the US market soon (at least make it available on Amazon)

Great to encourage a deeper latch!
This bottle was great in encouraging my son to latch better bc of the wide nature of the bottle/nipple. The flow is faster than breastfeeding, so he preferred that to nursing, but a premie nipple size would be perfect if you wanted to nurse&bottle feed. The glass is also a lot sturdier than anticipated, and in the year and a half of use, we only broke 1 bottle

Held up over extended use!
These are my absolute favorite bottles. I kept six of these all through my child's first year, and those six bottles were work horses for me. No issues with drinking, leaking, and I felt good about the glass bottle versus a plastic one. They feel very solid.
