I bought these bands to help self-treat some shoulder imbalances. The fit and finish of these bands is great to excellent. The range of motion is more than adequate, and the resistance levels feel on point. After using these every morning before my workout, I can tell my shoulders are feeling better! RESEARCH: I first looked at the Crossover Symmetry bands and almost went with those, but decided to cross-shop a bit. I found Garage Gym Reviews site and read everything I could there. Google that plus Best Tube Resistance Bands to get the most comprehensive write-up around. They really go through all the differences. I also found a few Reddit posts from the /homegym and /r/crossfit subreddits that talked about different bands. IMPRESSIONS: The 4KOR bands seemed to be a good compromise of high-quality, sheathed bands (so you don't have to worry about being hit should the band snap) with a low-end light weight and a moderately high end weight as well. Since I purchased this primarily to rehab and strengthen imbalances, it was important to have the lower 3lb and 7lb levels available. 4KOR also sells a 40lb set of bands (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07M9PGG5J) that adds right in to the system, so at some point I'll upgrade my range with those as well! The handle diameter isn't too small or large, and there are no sharp edges to wear at the straps. The carabiners clip into the D-rings satisfyingly, but I do wish they were a little larger. The opening is a little small for my preferences, and the interlock is somewhat sharp. ATTACHMENTS: I used the straps to attach to my squat rack below the safety bars, but was just clipping into the rack holes in the upper position. The carabiner engagement area is a little sharp, and I was scratching my rack's paint. I ended up going to Harbor Freight and buying two hitch pins. The diameter isn't right, but it works well enough for now! I haven't needed to use the door straps, though it appears to be sturdy as well. OTHER: The bag is nothing special but it fits everything in there should you need to travel with these (though I suspect you'd be well-served picking two weight levels instead of the whole shebang. It comes with several laminated cards with exercises to do, which is nice. I like that the bands have subdued coloring and just a small brightly-colored area. I could take or leave the milspec green but it's fine. The branding isn't ostentatious. I expect this to last me several years. Very pleased with the value this package provides!

The Elite 2.0 3 level package is perfect! Whether you're looking to get a workout in at home without any equipment, on the road and need to pack something small, or even want to take with you to bring to your own gym; this product will not leave you disappointed. There are numerous different exercises you can do with the different bands and their resistance levels, but the product also comes with visual examples of multiple different exercises and workouts you can use these for. I personally love these for a dynamic warmup, as the resistance level does not change the more it is pulled/pushed from the source so I can have consistency throughout. But I also have enjoyed using them in my house for when I do not have time to go to the gym but want to get some exercise in. While there are many products on the market, 4KOR is worth the price point as the bands won't break on you shortly after using, they maintain their resistance throughout the entire push/pull of the exercise, and also are super easy to setup anywhere!

I purchased these for my very active fiancé who sustained a bad shoulder injury a few years ago. Every since then he strongly desired a set of resistance bands like those he used during his physical therapy. Finally !! After much searching I came across these bands sold by 4KOR Fitness!! They have an awesome social media presence making it easy for me to see this is exactly what he needed. I was stoked to buy the complete set & to see the excited look on his face when he realized what they were. He workouts out 6 days a week and has been incorporating the 4KOR bands 2-3 days a week. Ive already seen how the bands are affecting his shoulders ability which has convinced me to start using them as well. These bands seemed like a fantastic alternative to the crossover symmetry system. When they arrived, I was thrilled that they seemed like high-quality bands, and I really liked the variety of resistance available. Unfortunately, during unboxing I found that 4 out of the 10 bands had cracked/broken handles. This photo shows how one of the handles was completely cracked in half - the others were not fully broken, but surely were on their way. UPDATE: 4KOR's customer service was a pleasure to work with. They gladly sent me out a new set that was in better condition, and were extremely responsive in all of our communications. 5-star customer service!

I bought them so that I could continue the exercises at home which the therapist suggested for pain in my neck and shoulder. They are very high quality. It is a must to have the bands covered for safety reasons in case the bands ever snap. I use all the different tensions. A little pricey - but they are the same ones that the therapist had me use in his facility. I am sure they will last and hold up against the stretching that they get - well worth it. I use them several times a week. They have made a big difference in my recovery. Highly recommended.

I am a 71-year-old athlete, striving to continue my surfing and mountain biking. And as expected, after 60 years of surfing, I have shoulder issues. My orthopedic sports Doc recommended I start using resistance bands to strengthen my tendons and supporting shoulder muscles. I purchased the Resistance Cord Set by 4KOR and have gained considerable strength in my shoulders and reduced pain. The trick is consistency, I have found that if you lay off the pain returns. You need to hit the bands every other day if only for a few minutes. The 4KOR bands are high quality and terrific value compared to other bands offered on Amazon. I’m super impressed with these bands as well as this company! I have a small training studio and was looking at a much more expensive brand when I stumbled across these and decided to take a chance. The varying resistance levels are perfect for both my senior and athlete clients. I created a wall with hooks to attach them to and I have also used the included straps to attach them to my rack as well as a door in my studio. The possibilities are endless and most people are surprised to realize that you can get a really great workout using nothing but these resistance bands. I honestly use them almost daily in one way or another and they have been a great addition to my facility! Recently, an overzealous client caused my one of my 3lb bands to snap inside of the sheath. I contacted the company asking how to purchase them individually and they offered to send me a replacement set free of charge. They not only created a great product but they stand by it as well. I plan To purchase another set soon so that I can Have one on each floor of my studio. Highly recommend!

Pros: -Great, durable build quality -Handles feel good to use -Elasticity in the cables seem accurate -Most importantly, I firmly believe doing the routines on the cards regularly helps with shoulder mobility in ways you don’t anticipate. For example, I am required to do over 20 pull-ups for my physical fitness test. This system seemed to help greatly with that. It keeps my shoulder joints nimble and loose, aiding in recovery from potential overuse, etc. I now regularly do sets of 20+ pull-ups every time I get on the bar. Cons: -Only one, I wish the exercise cards were better quality than just laminated sheets…but I’m just splitting hairs at this point.

Overpriced product in comparison to others, horrid design and it doesn’t even come with a door attachment. You can’t even use 2 bands on one hand without having to use to handles. Will be returning this rubbish.

I purchased these bands and loved them unfortunately one of the bands let go inside, I contacted the company and was amazed at the speedy reply within 2 weeks I have received a whole new set of bands. Thank you very much Kevin
