I used to buy my hazelnuts from Costco ( I believe it was some brand garden or something) they stopped carrying them and I had ordered here on Amazon but now cannot find them. I tried a couple other companies but they just didn’t taste great. I gave these a shot and wow! I like to make pure hazelnut butter with them, single ingredient preferably but the other companies didn’t taste nearly as good as these so I would add a bit of honey to compensate for flavor but I do not need to do that with these. I love to top my breakfast protein cakes with my homemade hazelnut butter. They are pricey but if I buy hazelnut butter it’s a bit more expensive so I love this option. Oh and not having to peel the skins off after roasting, huge bonus! I just toss 2 cups of these in the food processor and viola, best single ingredient hazelnut butter.
