There is some incorrect information in a few of these reviews. To clarify.... the manufacturer says that this is a low molecular weight form of hyuloronic acid. Which makes sense as right on the front packaging.... it is called sodium hyaluronate, which is known as a lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid. The lower the weight.... the deeper the penetration into the skin.... the higher the weight, the more superficial the effects. "And depending on the molecular weight, the effect on the skin varies as well. Such that, hyaluronic acid with low molecular weight (LMW-HA), also known as sodium hyaluronate, easily absorbs and penetrates the deepest layers of your skin. This means low molecular weight Hyaluronic acid (LMW-HA) provides intense moisture and sustained hydration deep in the skin. The effect of sodium hyaluronate can plump the skin and reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles. As the hyaluronic acid molecule gets bigger and the molecular weight higher, hyaluronic acid thus remains closer to the surface of the human skin. A high molecular weight Hyaluronic acid (HMW-HA) delivers the most visible results, but with a shorter life-span. And, the results can be washed away with a simple face cleansing." I also found at least one study showing that a lower molecular weight hyaluronic acid showed a statistically significant improvement in knee joint pain. I am no doctor... so I can't really recommend anything, but... What I can say, from my own personal experience... that it has done for me, after taking 1/8 tsp twice a day for about 3 weeks (dissolved in 1/4 cup water moving quickly with a small wisk as I very ... very slowly sprinkle it in and then drink it.... I feel like a new person... any joint pain is for all intents and purposes, gone.... my dry eyes are dramatically improved.... my acid reflux is basically gone! I'm not sure about my skin yet... it's only been about 3 weeks (the main study I reviewed showed results after 12 weeks) but I couldn't be happier... I am thrilled!

For anyone curious like I was- I verified with the seller that this is indeed medium to high molecular weight with a molecular weight of 1060 kDa. The quality is great and I love using this in my skincare products.

Why was I ever spending money buying other people's hyaluronic acid serums when all I needed was this power & some distilled water? For the price, this can't be beat. I now make enough serum to use on not just my face & neck, but my chest, my arms, my ass. I'm slathering myself head to toe with total abandon & loving the results! The powder mixed well, no clumps or difficulty. The value for the quantity can not be beat! I just learned you can take this internally too, so that's the next thing I have to try. All in all, possibly the best, inexpensive "beauty upgrade" I've made this year.

Will last forever. The serum was easy to make and it’s so wonderful on skin, hairs!

The inside package was open and when I opened the outside package it went all over me like a cloud. The manufacturer contacting me within 12 hours and told me to contact Amazon and I did and the immediately refunded me for the product. I had just enough to make a small jar of it and have been putting it on my skin not taking it intentionally which you can do but I can’t with medical conditions so far I like the product, I had no reaction to it and my skin is starting to feel less dry and itch. Anyways I’ll probably be buying some more. Oh and it does not dissolve easily. I put mine in a ball jar and shook it pretty hard and there were still clumps in it. But I just let it sit for a couple of hours and it worked it self out.

Great value, excellent results. Initially I bought this to make DIY skin serum, and since it’s so cost effective compared to buying tiny bottles of premade serum, I can afford to add it to my favorite body lotions to ramp up their effectiveness. Rather than risk clumps of powder in my lotion, I simply put water & HA in a glass jar, shake & refrigerate. After awhile it’s fully dissolved, ready to add to lotion, to use as facial serum (at higher concentrations) or to add to a beverage. Upon learning of skin benefits of consuming HA, i began drinking a small amount of my dissolved product daily with my morning vitamin drink. After 3 weeks of consistent use, my husband and daughter confirmed my results, my middle aged skin is noticeably less crepey, more elastic. I’ve been adding the viscous gel to our arthritic 18 year old cat’s wet food for a few months. His appetite was waning, this gives a gravy consistency to his wet food which he seems to love. We’ve watched his gait and mobility improve greatly since he began consuming it YEAY! Very happy with this item and will order more before we run out.

It’s very hard to dissolve in any liquid. The best way I found was to sprinkle it around the top of my drink and let it sit for a few hours or even in the refrigerator over night and even then I really don’t know how much I’m actually ingesting since it’s such a small quantity and I find the majority of it on my spoon and the bottom and side of my glass . I’ve also tried the blender with the same results and it’s very inconvenient to say the least . No scoop … very disappointing also I’d just stick to the tablets . Very unsatisfied customer I’d buy elsewhere

Good price. I use this to make creamy chocolate puddings and I use it in my whey protein drinks. I love how smooth and creamy it makes things and I notice a difference in the reduction of my body pain from using this. I did try to make a face serum using this but I like adding it to my food/drinks instead. I will continue to use.
