Bought these for a friend's Rustler VXL and they fit like a champ. The shocks are a smidge high on the stock Traxxas body, but they look sharp and perform well. The price for a four set is great too.

After about 20 packs I can say these are doing great ! Ran 50w oil and couldn’t be happier with the performance. Any high speed launching and flat tracking is far better controlled than the stock suspension. (Stock wasn’t bad) I have sway bars and these bolted right up without the need for fabrication. The kit came with everything needed. And no leaks at all !!! Update 1. front shock shaft broke (after a 30mph hit) and I’m not sure how to get parts !!! Update 2. Hobbypark has an absolutely incredible customer service department and took care of me 100%. Sent photos and they sent parts in 2 days. Can’t get any better than that!! Thank you Hobbypark.

Excellent shock I use these on my MJX 10208 and they last much better than the originals

They fit the slash 4x4, came with screws and spacers. I used 50 pound oil. The truck feels like different machine, I am adjusting the spring tension and mounting holes. So far improves on the jumps but high ones getting it is hitting hard. On asphalt getting some body roll in fast turns. I'm going to try different springs and sway bar adjustments So far very pleased, much smoother in the yard. Rod end on the front shock came off and stripped some threads, Hobbypark is great to work with and sent me a replacement part. I could not ask for better service. I am using loctite now on the bottom rod ends, this should eliminate the screws from backing out. Time to put the shocks to a test at the skate park.

Installed in my traxxas stampede 2wd. Fit perfectly and the shocks make it sit a little higher than stock. No issues so far. Been doing a few bash sessions and they are holding up.

Besides looking nice, there's no benefit over the stock Traxxas Stampede VXL shocks.

I'll give them one thing. The shocks are anodized aluminum, and that's great! The original slash shocks would come apart cause they're plastic. The bad stuff: They bind up when not in use. The spring rates adjustment must be for a completely different vehicle. Theyre super tough in the rear, soft in the front and throw the center of gravity way to max in the rear with no adjustment leeway. They don't even cone with shock oil. If you dare to buy these make sure to lock tight every screw surface cause they're not even well assembled from the factory. I'd return them but I compressed and heat treated the rear springs I could adjust the spring rates.

Very durable so far. Easy install. Does not come with oil so keep that in mind
