I’ve bought loads of dog toys over the years, but these squeaky fruit are hands down my dog’s favourite. We’ve had them for months and despite him being a keen chewer (12kg wire-haired dachshund), they’ve held up brilliantly. What I love: • Surprisingly durable — he rolls on it, kicks it around, and it still looks great • It squeaks! Loud enough to grab his attention but not unbearable • Lightweight and soft — perfect for chasing around the house Things to note: • The squeak might drive you a bit mad if on a call… but honestly, the joy on his face is worth it • ideal for medium dogs Final thoughts: If your dog loves interactive, noisy toys, this is a winner. Petface toys are easily the best dog toys you can buy, especially the latex. decent sized toy and colour etc makes it look very much like a real banana. I have a bad habit of buying them all for our cocker spaniel but she has a great time with this fun toy and the squeak is not too noisy. They last for a long time, in fact not one of the toys (too many) she has have even a single hole or tear. Also price is great.

Our dog loves these latex balls. This one is bigger than her other ones. She treats it like an egg. She does like toys that squeak. Good colour and price.

It was liked by the dog, the squeaker stopped after 5 minutes. That’s the only issue we had.

As a connoisseur of all things squeaky my miniature dachshund has come close (but not quite enough) to meeting his match with Petface’s fruit and veg collection. He can destroy almost anything in minutes if not seconds, and trying to extract the squeaky bit is where he starts. Petface seem to take special care with this part and these fruits have resisted destruction longer than many others. However, a sticky-up leaf or stalk soon provides enough purchase to puncture then rip the latex. This orange, whilst now slightly deflated, has survived for weeks, probably because it gets slippery enough to evade the jaws of a small dog - a bigger dog might find the job easier. Annoyingly it still squeaks - loudly - but at least we know the dog hasn’t chewed it out yet. For information, the orange is about large grapefruit size, soft but surprisingly resilient to chewing, and wipeable. Downsides: very loud if accidentally trodden on at 6am, and contains the ubiquitous fluffy polyester that most such toys have, so beware if the orange succumbs. This orange might just possibly put up a good fight with other similar dogs, so worth a try, and not too expensive as an experiment. And the broccoli comes a close second.

Fabulous dog toy, with good squeak! Good dimensions for a medium-sized dog. If it drives the dog owner mad when played with indoors, keep it as an outdoor toy & annoy the neighbours instead.

Our small white COCKAPOO, absolutely loves this small/medi-ish squeaky raspberry toy, so much so he actually manages to somehow throws it up in the air, him- self & plays outside with it so much, always wanting us humans, to throw it far-ish down the garden, for him just to bring it back hehehehehehe. The ultra cute- silly look on his little face of pure amazement & surprize, When he's able to bring it back again, squeaking all the way there & back. hehehehehehehe We all think, he's found one of his favorite toys now. hehehehehehehe For the price aspect of things & how strong,-its became, our little man can chew it all day long, & it'll still be same at end of day, :) apart from being pretty wet & slimy. He'll definitely love it, and love you more for getting it for him/her. :)
